E megfigyel\u00e9sek alapvet\u0151en \u00e1tform\u00e1lj\u00e1k a daganatok viselked\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l alkotott k\u00e9pet, miszerint nem felt\u00e9tlen\u00fcl el\u00e9gs\u00e9ges a tumorsejtek elpuszt\u00edt\u00e1sa a betegs\u00e9ggel val\u00f3 harc sor\u00e1n, ugyanis a tumor mikrok\u00f6rnyezete alapvet\u0151en befoly\u00e1solja annak biol\u00f3giai viselked\u00e9s\u00e9t. Munkacsoportunk imm\u00e1r 25 \u00e9ve foglalkozik az extracellul\u00e1ris m\u00e1trix proteoglycanjainak tumorbiol\u00f3gi\u00e1ban bet\u00f6lt\u00f6tt szerep\u00e9vel. Kandid\u00e1ns molekul\u00e1inkat t\u00f6bbl\u00e9pcs\u0151s k\u00eds\u00e9rleti rendszerekben, <em>in vitro<\/em> sejtkult\u00far\u00e1kban, kokult\u00far\u00e1kban, \u00e1llatmodelleken \u00e9s beteganyagokon egyar\u00e1nt vizsg\u00e1ljuk.
