Needs can change from day to day, so our services provide a seamless transition between hospital and home care.<\/p>\n Our care model is built on four core pillars:<\/p>\n Regular follow-up visits and in-person consultations for children whose condition is more stable \u2013 providing reassurance and continuity even when a hospital stay is not needed.<\/p>\n When symptoms require closer monitoring, our unit provides the necessary medical and nursing care in a setting that combines professional expertise with compassionate, personal attention.<\/p>\n Our expert team is available throughout the Pediatric Center, providing support at the child\u2019s bedside, wherever we are needed. The patient does not come to us; we go to the child.<\/p>\n Illness affects not only the child, but the entire family.
