A Tansz\u00e9k f\u0151 kutat\u00e1si ter\u00fcletei k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik az or\u00e1lis differenci\u00e1l\u00f3d\u00e1si \u00e9s transzportfolyamatok sejt \u00e9s molekul\u00e1ris szint\u0171 vizsg\u00e1lata. A bikarbon\u00e1t preklinikai vizsg\u00e1lata kieg\u00e9sz\u00fcl klinikai vizsg\u00e1latokkal, amelyek \u2013 a Kar k\u00e9t klinik\u00e1j\u00e1val egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sben \u2013 a magyar CF betegek bevon\u00e1s\u00e1val folynak. Vizsg\u00e1ljuk a hall\u00e1st \u00e9s a szenzorineur\u00e1lis hall\u00e1sk\u00e1rosod\u00e1sokat, ami mag\u00e1ba foglal cellul\u00e1ris \u00e9s \u00e9l\u0151 \u00e1llat modelleken v\u00e9gzett kutat\u00e1sokat is. Ennek kapcs\u00e1n f\u00f3kuszban van az \u00e9rz\u00e9kel\u0151 receptorok \u00e9s az idegrendszer kapcsolata is.
