Ugyancsak egyszer\u0171en \u00e9s hat\u00e9konyan v\u00e1laszthat\u00f3k le a spektrumr\u00f3l a zavar\u00f3 saj\u00e1t, autofluoreszcencia jelei a sejteknek. Mindezek azt eredm\u00e9nyezik, hogy a spektr\u00e1lis \u00e1raml\u00e1si citom\u00e9terekben a hagyom\u00e1nyosn\u00e1l t\u00f6bb fluoreszcens fest\u00e9k alkalmazhat\u00f3, teh\u00e1t t\u00f6bb c\u00e9lpont vizsg\u00e1lhat\u00f3 egyetlen mint\u00e1b\u00f3l, mindezt pedig jobb \u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9ggel (ritka popul\u00e1ci\u00f3k vizsg\u00e1lata) \u00e9s a zavar\u00f3 hat\u00e1sok egyszer\u0171 kik\u00fcsz\u00f6b\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9vel tehetj\u00fck.
