{"id":3686,"date":"2018-04-04T14:57:58","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T12:57:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/nki\/?p=3686"},"modified":"2018-04-06T10:56:59","modified_gmt":"2018-04-06T08:56:59","slug":"3686","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/nki\/2018\/04\/04\/3686\/","title":{"rendered":"CALL FOR APPLICATIONS &#8211; Tokyo Medical University"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>CALL FOR APPLICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Tokyo Medical University and Semmelweis University <\/strong>have entered into a student exchange agreement to provide a clinical rotation for two 6th-year students<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>from 5 October to 3 November\u00a02018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Students are expected to cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Round trip air transportation<\/li>\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Personal travel insurance<\/li>\n<li>Medical liability insurance<\/li>\n<li>Living expenses, personal costs (meals, books, travel, clothing, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Cost of visa<\/li>\n<li>Cost of general medical examination and vaccines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The aim of the rotation is to provide students with the possibility of participating in a clinical practice in a hospital environment.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements for applying: (all documents are to be submitted in English)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed Application Form<\/li>\n<li>Motivation letter<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n<li>English credit transcript from year 1 onwards and statement of medical student status<\/li>\n<li>Letter of recommendation from two different Heads of Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">A thorough knowledge of the English language is a must, the knowledge of the Japanese language is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The Application Form can be downloaded from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/nki\/files\/2018\/04\/Application-Form-2018_19.doc\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The candidates will participate in an interview in English, the date of which will be communicated by e-mail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>Deadline for applications: 25 May 2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The application can be submitted personally at the Directorate of International Relations (1085 Budapest, \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat 26., 2nd floor, Room 202) between 9:00 AM and 15:00 PM.
