Our topics include clinical work, which is carried out under the supervision of external departments in different hospitals in clinical conditions, and surgical research of the department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Based on the decision of the TDT, from the academic year 2019\/2020., the rules for joining the Students Scientific Association (TDK) have changed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">TDK registration process:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>The student applies to the responsible for TDK corresponding to his \/ her intrests, who reports to the TDK office as a TDK student of the given institute.<\/li>\n<li>Contact with the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>The student takes the TDK subject in the Neptun system.<\/li>\n<li>To be a member of Semmelweis University Students\u2019 Scientific Association while pursuing TDK work in a non-University institute, it is important for the student to submit an Announcement form filled at the start of every semester to the Council. <a href=\"http:\/\/kulso_intezet_befogadasi\">(LINK)<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>To participate in the Scientific Conference, you must have at least 2 semesters of active TDK student status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Responsible for Students Scientific Work:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dr. Gy\u00f6rgyi Szab\u00f3 PHD.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>NET, XI. floor, office 1107.<\/li>\n<li>Telephone: 06-1-459-1500\/56575<\/li>\n<li>E-mail: kksmtnet@semmelweis.hu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Appication to the Dept. of Experimental Cardiology and Surgical Techniques:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>During the application process, please send in email:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>name of the student<\/li>\n<li>year of education<\/li>\n<li>chosen topic and supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Please register in the Neptune system.<\/li>\n<li>Reports semi-annually on its work during the previous semester and its plans for the following semester.<\/li>\n<li>After 2 semesters, he\/she will have a chance to present his\/her scientific work at the Student Scientific Conference.<\/li>\n<li>Those who do not keep in touch with their supervisor or the responsible for TDK and do not give a short report every six months on the work done, his\/her semester will not be signed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Conditions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>at least 4 successful completed semesters<\/li>\n<li>prior consultation with the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Education average above 3.5<\/li>\n<li>English and\/or German language skills<\/li>\n<li>become teaching assisstant in our department\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mutettan\/files\/2021\/05\/TDK_\u00e9letp\u00e1lyamodell_eng-1.pdf\">TDK student\/teacher assistant career model<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><h2 class=\"tabtitle\">Topics and supervisors of Students\u2019 Scientific Research (TDK)<\/h2>\n<div class=\"tabcontent\">\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Topics and supervisors of Students\u2019 Scientific Research (TDK)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">(valid: from 16 February 2024)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The TDK topics at the Department of Experimental Cardiology and Surgical Techniques of the Heart and Vascular Center give students the opportunity to get experience of scientific work, from searching in the literature to the process of surgical interventions and the results obtained. The aim of the literature search is to learn about organising and summarising the literature on the basis of one&#8217;s own approach. Dr. Domokos Csuk\u00e1s<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Histological investigation of the PIM cells (pulmonary intravascular macrophages) in pig models \u2013 Is it a key player in the side effects of nanodrugs?<br \/>\n<strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;text-align: left\">The Systematic Review<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;text-align: left\"> as a scientific method is evolving enormously. Although it reviews existing original publications, its unique, rigorous methodology can be used to uncover ground-breaking, completely new and relevant scientific results. In many cases, knowledge and practical use of this systematic reviewing technique is an essential requirement as an introductory step to subsequent PhD work.
