A kis\u00e1llatokon v\u00e9gzett k\u00eds\u00e9rletek sor\u00e1n kapott nagy mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 k\u00e9pi inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban nagyon fontos a hat\u00e9kony \u00e9s gyors automatikus orvosdiagnosztikai c\u00e9l\u00fa szegment\u00e1ci\u00f3. A feladat a multimod\u00e1lis k\u00e9palkot\u00f3 rendszerek seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel kapott 3D rekonstrukci\u00f3k feldolgoz\u00e1sa \u00e9s automatikus szegment\u00e1ci\u00f3s algoritmusok fejleszt\u00e9se. A munka kezdet\u00e9n a hallgat\u00f3 megismeri a jelenleg haszn\u00e1lt szegment\u00e1ci\u00f3s algoritmusok alapjait \u00e9s m\u00f3dszereit.
