A NanoSPECT\/CTnek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en a kutat\u00f3k az egerekben a molekul\u00e1ris folyamatokat nanoliteres felbont\u00e1ssal tudj\u00e1k vizsg\u00e1lni &#8211; pontos anat\u00f3miai lokaliz\u00e1ci\u00f3val. A kis\u00e1llatokon v\u00e9gzett k\u00eds\u00e9rletek sor\u00e1n kapott nagy mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 k\u00e9pi inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban nagyon fontos a hat\u00e9kony \u00e9s gyors automatikus orvosdiagnosztikai c\u00e9l\u00fa adatki\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s. A feladat a k\u00e9pi 3D rekonstrukci\u00f3k sor\u00e1n kapott k\u00e9pek ki\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9se, \u00e9s olyan geometriai parametriz\u00e1ci\u00f3s elj\u00e1r\u00e1sok kifejleszt\u00e9se, amelyek el\u0151seg\u00edtik a hat\u00e9konyabb \u00e9s pontosabb diagnosztikai d\u00f6nt\u00e9seket. A feladat sor\u00e1n a hallgat\u00f3 megismeri a k\u00e9palkot\u00f3 diagnosztikai szakirodalomban haszn\u00e1lt m\u00f3dszereket, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 \u00faj \u00e9s komplexebb, a jelenlegi technol\u00f3giai k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek megfelel\u0151 algoritmusok fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9ben vesz r\u00e9szt.
