Egyre t\u00f6bb tanulm\u00e1ny mutat r\u00e1 arra, hogy maguk az amiloid plakkok rezervo\u00e1rk\u00e9nt szolg\u00e1lnak olyan\u00a0A\u00df-oligomerek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, amelyek direkt neurotoxikus tulajdons\u00e1gokkal\u00a0rendelkeznek. A munka c\u00e9lja, hogy megvizsg\u00e1lja, hogy a vizsg\u00e1lt N27C\u00a0neurotoxikus oligomerek k\u00e9pesek-e a m\u00e1r megl\u00e9v\u0151 amiloid plakkokhoz\u00a0k\u00f6t\u0151dni. A feladat m\u00e1sodik\u00a0fel\u00e9ben Alzheimer-modell egereken in vivo k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt vizsg\u00e1lja\u00a0a jel\u00f6lt oligomer \u00a0biodisztrib\u00faci\u00f3j\u00e1t multimod\u00e1lis k\u00e9palkot\u00f3 eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k\u00a0(NanoSPECT\/CT) seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel.
