A receptorok k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 agyter\u00fcleteken bel\u00fcli eloszl\u00e1sa \u00e9s s\u0171r\u0171s\u00e9ge fontos inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t szolg\u00e1ltat egy betegs\u00e9g st\u00e1dium\u00e1r\u00f3l. A projekt sor\u00e1n \u00faj t\u00edpus\u00fa izot\u00f3ppal jelzett receptor ligand anal\u00f3gokat vizsg\u00e1lunk in vivo k\u00eds\u00e9rletekben. A vizsg\u00e1latokat eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges \u00e9s knock-out epilepszi\u00e1s eg\u00e9rmodelleken v\u00e9gezz\u00fck NanoSPECT\/CT seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel. A feladat sor\u00e1n a hallgat\u00f3 megismeri a radioakt\u00edv nyomjelz\u00e9s lehet\u0151s\u00e9geit, az in vivo k\u00e9palkot\u00e1s alapjait, valamint az \u00e1llatmodell-k\u00eds\u00e9rletek ex vivo valid\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak m\u00f3dszereit.
