A projekt sor\u00e1n megvizsg\u00e1ljuk a radiofarmakonok id\u0151beli \u00e9s t\u00e9rbeli eloszl\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s az ehhez k\u00f6thet\u0151 funkci\u00f3kat, valamint ezen funkci\u00f3k megv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s\u00e1t patol\u00f3giai elv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra. In vivo k\u00eds\u00e9rleteinket eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges \u00e9s m\u00e1jdaganatos eg\u00e9r \u00e9s patk\u00e1ny modelleken v\u00e9gezz\u00fcnk NanoSPECT\/CT multimod\u00e1lis k\u00e9palkot\u00f3 rendszer seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel. A projekt sor\u00e1n a hallgat\u00f3 megismerkedik a molekul\u00e1ris k\u00e9palkot\u00e1s el\u0151nyeivel, a klinikumban alkalmazott molekul\u00e1k biol\u00f3giai disztrib\u00faci\u00f3j\u00e1val, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az in vivo k\u00e9palkot\u00e1s valid\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1nak m\u00f3dszereivel.
