A daganatok id\u0151beli v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s\u00e1t izot\u00f3ppal jel\u00f6lt SSR-2a valamint CT seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel vizsg\u00e1ljuk. A m\u00f3dszer valid\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t ex vivo autoradiogr\u00e1fi\u00e1val \u00e9s immunhisztok\u00e9miai m\u00f3dszerek seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel v\u00e9gezhetj\u00fck el. Az in vivo k\u00e9palkot\u00e1s seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel hosszasan k\u00f6vethetj\u00fck a daganatok alakul\u00e1s\u00e1t az egerekben. A hat\u00f3anyagokat laborunkban vonjuk majd ki a megfelel\u0151 n\u00f6v\u00e9nyek, \u00e1llatok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val.
