Az irodalomban m\u00e1r<br \/>\nfelvetett\u00e9k, hogy a b\u00e9lbakt\u00e9riumok ezeken kereszt\u00fcl fejtik ki hat\u00e1sukat az agyban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3<br \/>\nmikrogli\u00e1ra, illetve hogy az agyon bel\u00fcl is sz\u00e1mos anyag transzportj\u00e1val (iRNS, proteinek,<br \/>\nDNS, LPS) j\u00e1tszanak szerepet a neuroinflamm\u00e1ci\u00f3 kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1ban. Az \u00e1ltalunk kidolgozott in<br \/>\nvivo jel\u00f6l\u00e9si m\u00f3dszer seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel k\u00f6nnyebben megismerhetj\u00fck funkci\u00f3jukat \u00e9s<br \/>\nlokaliz\u00e1ci\u00f3jukat egyes k\u00f3rk\u00e9pekben.<br \/>\nMunk\u00e1ja sor\u00e1n a hallgat\u00f3 megismerkedik a nanor\u00e9szecsk\u00e9k el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si, tiszt\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s<br \/>\nkarakteriz\u00e1ci\u00f3s elj\u00e1r\u00e1saival \u2013 DLS, AFM, TEM.
