K\u00eds\u00e9rleteink hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulnak az \u00e9rintett betegs\u00e9gek jobb meg\u00e9rt\u00e9s\u00e9hez \u00e9s \u00faj lehets\u00e9ges ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s t\u00e1mad\u00e1spontok azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A gyullad\u00e1sos betegs\u00e9gek a n\u00e9pess\u00e9g jelent\u0151s h\u00e1nyad\u00e1t \u00e9rint\u0151, gyakran kr\u00f3nikus \u00e9s nehezen kezelhet\u0151 betegs\u00e9gek. K\u00f6z\u00e9j\u00fck tartozik az \u00edz\u00fcleteket \u00e9rint\u0151 rheumatoid arthritis \u00e9s k\u00f6szv\u00e9ny, valamint sz\u00e1mos gyullad\u00e1sos b\u0151r- \u00e9s vesebetegs\u00e9g. A v\u00e9gs\u0151 sz\u00f6vetk\u00e1rosod\u00e1st a gyullad\u00e1sos eredet\u00e9t\u0151l (pl. autoimmun vagy autoinflammatorikus folyamatok) f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl leggyakrabban a velesz\u00fcletett immunrendszer sejtei k\u00f6zvet\u00edtik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u00eds\u00e9rleteink sor\u00e1n egyr\u00e9szt transzg\u00e9nikus megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9ssel, in vivo modellrendszerekben vizsg\u00e1ljuk a <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mocsailab\/projektek\/izuleti-gyulladasok\/\">rheumatoid arthritis, a k\u00f6szv\u00e9ny<\/a>, egyes <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mocsailab\/projektek\/holyagos-borbetegsegek\/\">autoimmun h\u00f3lyagos b\u0151rbetegs\u00e9gek<\/a> \u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mocsailab\/projektek\/gyulladasos-vesebetegsegek\/\">gyullad\u00e1sos vesebetegs\u00e9gek<\/a> (pl. glomerulonephritisek) kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1nak molekul\u00e1ris mechanizmusait. M\u00e1sr\u00e9szt vizsg\u00e1ljuk a sz\u00f6vetk\u00e1rosod\u00e1s\u00e9rt els\u0151dlegesen felel\u0151s immunsejtek (pl. neutrofil granulocit\u00e1k, makrof\u00e1gok, oszteoklasztok) m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mocsailab\/projektek\/immunsejtek-jelatvitel\/\">sejten bel\u00fcli jel\u00e1tvitel\u00e9t<\/a>. Jelent\u0151s energi\u00e1kat fektet\u00fcnk \u00faj k\u00eds\u00e9rleti m\u00f3dszerek (hum\u00e1n modellrendszerek, CRISPR\/Cas9-alap\u00fa g\u00e9nt\u00f6rl\u00e9s) kifejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Munkacsoportunk sz\u00e1mos intracellul\u00e1ris jel\u00e1tviteli molekula, k\u00f6zt\u00fck az Src-kin\u00e1zok, a Syk tirozin-kin\u00e1z, a PLC\u03b32 foszfolip\u00e1z \u00e9s a CARD9 adapter szerep\u00e9t is igazolta k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 autoimmun \u00e9s autoinflammatorikus betegs\u00e9gekben. Ezen jel\u00e1tviteli folyamatok g\u00e1tl\u00e1sa \u00faj ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sek kifejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9t teheti lehet\u0151v\u00e9.<\/p>\n\r\n        [slb_exclude]\r\n A k\u00f3ros csontlebont\u00e1s molekul\u00e1ris mechanizmusait is tanulm\u00e1nyozzuk.
