<\/p>\nThe applicant is responsible for the full organisation of the mobility. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with placement, and we also cannot provide a list of institutions or related contact details.<\/p>\n
The Mobility Office supports the administrative process related to the scholarship by:<\/p>\n

- handling nominations (in the case of long-term study mobility)<\/li>\n
- managing the required documents<\/li>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/i> Interruption of mobility \u2013 what does it mean and what happens in such cases?\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\tAn interruption of mobility<\/strong> occurs when, during the period specified in the contract, the participant does not<\/strong> spend their time carrying out the activity for which they have received funding.<\/p>\n
Interrupting a mobility period is not prohibited<\/strong>, but we can provide funding only for the period during which you are actually engaged in the activity stated in your contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
For example:<\/strong> if you travel home to sit exams and\/or for the holidays, any temporary interruption of your study activities for any reason, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n
The applicant is required to report every interruption<\/strong> to us in the Learning\/Mobility Agreement<\/strong> and also in a separate comment<\/strong> on the My Semmelweis<\/strong> platform.<\/p>\n
\nImportant!<\/strong><\/span>

\n\t\t\t\tSubject to the availability of funds, the student may request an extension of the mobility period. The intention to extend must be submitted in writing<\/strong> to the International Mobility Office<\/strong> and the faculty coordinator<\/strong> at least 30 working days<\/strong> before the contract expires.<\/p>\n
The assessment of the extension request and the conclusion of the amended contract follow the procedure applicable to the original application. The extended mobility period must be completed no later than 31 August 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

- In the contract, it is mandatory<\/strong> in all cases to provide travel insurance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- You must take out travel insurance that includes accident insurance<\/strong> and liability insurance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Liability insurance is necessary because, during work-related activities, you may come into contact with medical instruments and high-value equipment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Liability insurance is not required<\/strong> in two cases:\n
- \n
- if you are travelling solely for study purposes<\/strong> (for students), and<\/li>\n
- in the case of conference participation<\/strong> (for both students and staff).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)<\/strong> is not sufficient<\/strong> and will not be accepted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- The University\u2019s Colonnade travel insurance<\/strong> cannot be used for trips carried out under the Pann\u00f3nia Scholarship Programme<\/strong>. Colonnade insurance covers only official business trips undertaken in the interest of and on behalf of the University<\/strong>, therefore it is not applicable<\/strong> to scholarship mobility periods.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
