﻿{"id":1209,"date":"2025-04-10T10:44:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T08:44:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mobilitas\/?page_id=1209"},"modified":"2025-05-23T15:46:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T13:46:34","slug":"erasmus-mobility","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mobilitas\/en\/student-mobility\/erasmus-mobility\/","title":{"rendered":"Erasmus+ Student Mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"w-100 keretes\">The general objective of the program is to support lifelong learning and professional and personal development in education and training in Europe, thus contributing to sustainable growth, quality jobs, social cohesion, innovation, European identity and active citizenship.<\/div>\n<div>The program enables students, educators and other staff to gain\u00a0<strong>educational, professional and cultural experience<\/strong>\u00a0in another European country, encourages\u00a0<strong>cooperation and strategic partnerships<\/strong>\u00a0between higher education institutions, promotes policy reforms and the\u00a0<strong>modernization of education systems<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Following the success of the program in 2014-2020, a new phase of the program was launched in 2021 to run until 2027, with a budget of more than \u20ac26 billion. In addition to the previous objectives, the focus of the new seven-year cycle of the program is on<strong>\u00a0inclusion, digitalization, environment and social responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>What does it mean?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>supporting disadvantaged groups<\/li>\n<li>supporting virtual and blended mobility projects<\/li>\n<li>supporting the active societal engagement of young people<\/li>\n<li>supporting sustainable travel<\/li>\n<li>fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of diversity<\/li>\n<li>improving language and digital competences<\/li>\n<li>promoting a better understanding of education and training systems or educational policies of different countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>ERASMUS+ AT SEMMELWEIS UNIVERSITY<\/h3>\n<p>Semmelweis University has been part of the Erasmus program since the beginning. Over the years, there has been growing interest in the program among Hungarian and international students wishing to study abroad and among students coming to our university from abroad. In the past few years, the number of incoming and outgoing students has been over 100<i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>The students of Semmelweis University can choose from the\u00a0<strong>study mobility<\/strong>\u00a0program and the<strong>\u00a0traineeship mobility<\/strong>\u00a0program. Both types are available to Semmelweis University\u2019s and to incoming international students too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a class=\"btn btn-secondary\" href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mobilitas\/en\/outgoing-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OUTGOING STUDENTS<\/a>\u00a0<a class=\"btn btn-secondary\" href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mobilitas\/en\/incoming-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INCOMING STUDENTS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Erasmus+ mobility programs at Semmelweis University are coordinated by the International Mobility Office.
