The partner institution can host teaching staff within the framework of the mobility programme between 5 days and 2 weeks.<\/div>\n<p>The aim of the mobility programme is to exchange knowledge and experience between teachers and institutions, and to improve the available training programmes.<\/p>\n<h1>Application criteria<\/h1>\n<p>Application is subject to the conditions set by the institution and there is no deadline:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hungarian citizenship (or either with a\u00a0<strong>permanent residence permit<\/strong>\u00a0or as a\u00a0<strong>refugee<\/strong>\u00a0in Hungary)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full-time or part-time lecturer<\/strong>\u00a0at Semmelweis University<\/li>\n<li>The employee\u2019s mobility is supported by\u00a0 the direct supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Duration:\u00a0<strong>minimum 5 days,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>maximum 2 weeks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The mobility can last longer, up to 2 months, but financial support can be provided only for 2 weeks<\/li>\n<li>Priority will be given to first-time Erasmus grant beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Number of hours taught:\u00a0<strong>minimum 8 hours per week<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Location:\u00a0<strong>ECHE-certified higher education institution<\/strong>\u00a0with which Semmelweis University has an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement<\/li>\n<li>if the institution is not a partner institution of Semmelweis University, it is possible to sign an Inter Institutional Agreement before the mobility<\/li>\n<li>The outgoing employee arranges accommodation abroad and organises the trip abroad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Application procedure<\/h1>\n<h3>1. Exploring mobility opportunities<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The content of the mobility and the educational activity must be agreed individually and directly with the partner institution.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Checking the available financial support<\/h3>\n<p>The financial support consists of a living allowance and a travel allowance. The financial support can be used freely for the mobility. Preparation of the application package<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The application package consists of the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>work plan in English or the language of education abroad with the signatures and stamps of the direct supervisor and the host (<strong>Teaching agreement)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>motivational letter,\u00a0<\/strong>detailing the personal and institutional benefits of the mobility<\/li>\n<li><strong>CV<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>completed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mobilitas\/files\/2025\/06\/Palyazati-urlap_oktatoi.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>application form<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>certificate of employment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>grant agreement\u00a0<\/strong>(the applicant will receive it after submitting the complete application package)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>5. Before submitting the application<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Before submitting the application package, the applicant has to send the following\u00a0<strong>completed but not signed documents<\/strong>\u00a0to the institutional coordinator for\u00a0<strong>verification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teaching Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Application form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>6. Submitting the application<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After verification, the following documents have to be sent to the institutional coordinator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teaching Agreement<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>motivational letter<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>completed application form<\/strong>\u00a0signed by all parties<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CV<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>certificate of employment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After submitting the application package via email, the applicant will receive the grant agreement from the International Mobility Office.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fontos_div\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>ATTENTION! <\/strong><\/span>The application can only be considered valid if the application form is completed and the work plan (Teaching Agreement) is approved by the host!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>After completing and\u00a0<strong>signing 2 copies<\/strong>\u00a0of the grant agreement it has to be submitted to the International Mobility Office along with the following\u00a0<strong>original<\/strong>\u00a0documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>original certificate of employment<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the original version of the signed and completed\u00a0<strong>application form<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Teaching Agreement\u00a0<\/strong>(signed by the applicant and the direct supervisor)<\/li>\n<li>signed\u00a0<strong>grant agreement\u00a0<\/strong>in 2 copies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong><br \/>\n7. Transfer of financial support<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Transferring the financial support takes 3-4 weeks after all three parties have signed the grant agreement. The amount will be transferred in euros.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>After the mobility<\/h1>\n<h3>1. Certificate<\/h3>\n<p>The completed, signed and stamped <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/mobilitas\/files\/2025\/06\/outgoing_staff_certificate_attendance_teaching-1-1.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Certificate of Attendance<\/a> has to be submitted to the International Mobility Office.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Reports<\/h3>\n<p>You will receive an e-mail with a link to an EU Survey, which is used to evaluate the programme. The survey has to be completed\u00a0<strong>within 30 days<\/strong>\u00a0after receiving the e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>The participant must submit a written report including photos to the e-mail address\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:pannonia@semmelweis.hu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pannonia@semmelweis.hu<\/a>\u00a0within 30 days after the mobility.
