Applications must be submitted within the officially announced application periods. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with placement, and we also cannot provide a list of institutions or related contact details.<\/p>\n The Mobility Office supports the administrative process related to the scholarship by:<\/p>\n An interruption of mobility<\/strong> occurs when, during the mobility period specified in the grant agreement, the participant is not engaged in the activity for which the grant was awarded. Interruptions are permitted; however, financial support can only be provided for the period during which the participant is actually carrying out the activity specified in the grant agreement. Applicants are required to report every interruption both in the Learning\/Mobility Agreement and separately in a comment on the My Semmelweis platform. <\/strong>If an interruption is not reported and is only identified at a later stage, the applicant may be required to repay part or, where applicable, the full amount of the grant<\/strong>, with reference to the provisions on \u201cEthics and Values\u201d<\/strong> set out in Section 9 of the grant agreement.<\/p>\n Example:<\/em><\/strong> travelling home for the holidays or for examinations, or any other temporary interruption of the mobility period.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t The scholarship amount depends on the length of the funded period<\/strong> and the host country\u2019s country group<\/strong> (see the list below). The grant may not necessarily cover all actual expenses incurred<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Subsistence support for travel days are not granted automatically.<\/strong> This support can be requested for a total of 2 days<\/strong> (maximum<\/span> 1 day<\/strong> for outbound travel and maximum 1 day<\/strong> for return travel)<\/em><\/span>, except in the case of long-term mobility<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Please note that, in the case of staff mobility, subsistence support for travel days may only be requested when participating in a conference. \nIf you request it in your application, it may be approved in advance; however, it will only be considered final<\/strong> (this is determined during the verification of the closing documents after you return home) if your travel complied with the rules below and you can prove it with a ticket and\/or boarding pass<\/strong> that shows both the departure date<\/strong> and the return date<\/strong>. If the outbound and return travel dates match the dates specified in the contract<\/strong>, you have to repay the travel support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
\nThe dates of outbound and return travel must not coincide<\/strong> with the actual mobility dates recorded in the contract (see example below). We provide support for travel days only if the outbound journey starts no more than 2 days before<\/strong> the start of the mobility, and the return journey ends no more than 2 days after<\/strong> the end of the mobility. Please also keep in mind the number of days that can be funded under our internal regulations. If the trip is longer than the eligible funding period, we can provide funding for one travel day only. This can be used either for the outbound journey or for the return journey, in line with the applicable rules, but not for both.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
