Sometimes it\u2019s the small, everyday steps that help the most:<br data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"583\" \/><br \/>\nmeeting a friend, going for a short walk, keeping a simple daily routine, cooking together, or taking a moment to rest and recharge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"1033\">If you feel like you could use a safe, judgement-free space to talk, listen, or simply connect with others, the <strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"875\">Peer-Led Mental Well-Being &amp; Support Group<\/strong> is open to you. The group is run by fellow students who understand the challenges of medical school and believe in the power of students supporting students.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1186\">And if you or someone you know feels severely overwhelmed, professional help is always available.
