Its mission is to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>create an inclusive and understanding environment<\/li>\n<li>normalize academic and emotional difficulties<\/li>\n<li>reduce loneliness and isolation<\/li>\n<li>encourage practical, peer-tested ways to cope with medical school struggles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary><strong>Professional Guidance<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>While the group is peer-led, the program benefits from the professional involvement of <strong>Psychologist Gabriella Pint\u00e9r<\/strong>, who supports the structure, quality, and psychological safety of the sessions.<br \/>\nHer role ensures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>evidence-based guidance in session design<\/li>\n<li>a supportive framework for both participants and group leaders<\/li>\n<li>an expert point of contact whenever deeper mental-health insight is needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary><strong>Group Leaders<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>Sessions are facilitated by experienced IMP senior mentors, selected for their commitment to student well-being.
