Ezen kutat\u00e1s r\u00e9szleteit, melyek fel\u00f6lelik az elm\u00falt m\u00e1sf\u00e9l-k\u00e9t \u00e9v mentori munk\u00e1j\u00e1nak tapasztalatait, a cikk publik\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151en tessz\u00fck el\u00e9rhet\u0151v\u00e9, r\u00f6vid \u00f6sszefoglal\u00f3ja al\u00e1bb olvashat\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A f\u00f3kuszcsoportos kutat\u00e1s c\u00e9lja a mentorok tapasztalatainak felt\u00e1r\u00e1sa volt. A kutat\u00e1s 2022 m\u00e1rciusa \u00e9s \u00e1prilis k\u00f6z\u00f6tt zajlott le. 26 mentor vett r\u00e9szt a vizsg\u00e1latban. \u00d6sszesen 5 f\u00f3kuszcsoportos megbesz\u00e9l\u00e9st tartottunk.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Az eredm\u00e9nyek azt mutatt\u00e1k, hogy a mentorok mind szakmai, mind szem\u00e9lyes fejl\u0151d\u00e9st tapasztaltak. A Mentorprogramban val\u00f3 r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel az \u00e9v v\u00e9g\u00e9re el\u0151seg\u00edtette a mentorok szakmai fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t az\u00e1ltal, hogy er\u0151s\u00edtette a hallgat\u00f3k probl\u00e9mamegold\u00f3 \u00e9s kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3s k\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00e9t, id\u0151gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1s\u00e1t, emp\u00e1ti\u00e1j\u00e1t \u00e9s \u00f6nhat\u00e9konys\u00e1g\u00e1t. Tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a mentorok bevall\u00e1sa szerint szem\u00e9lyes fejl\u0151d\u00e9sen is kereszt\u00fclmentek, \u00fagy \u00e9rezt\u00e9k \u00f6ngondoskod\u00e1suk \u00e9s \u00f6nismeret\u00fck n\u0151tt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A mentork\u00e9pz\u00e9s, a szuperv\u00edzi\u00f3s \u00fcl\u00e9sek \u00e9s a mentornapl\u00f3k \u00edr\u00e1sa nagyban hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rult a hallgat\u00f3k fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9hez eredm\u00e9nyeink szerint. Ez meger\u0151s\u00edti, hogy ezek a program alappill\u00e9rei, amik lehet\u0151s\u00e9get biztos\u00edtanak az \u00f6nreflexi\u00f3ra, a tapasztalatcser\u00e9re \u00e9s egym\u00e1s k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00f6zvetlen betegell\u00e1t\u00e1s ugyan hi\u00e1nyzik a programb\u00f3l, DE a mentor\u00e1l\u00e1si tapasztalat sor\u00e1n sz\u00e1mtalan fontos k\u00e9szs\u00e9get \u00e9s tulajdons\u00e1got saj\u00e1t\u00edtanak el a hallgat\u00f3k, \u00edgy az orvoss\u00e1 \u00e9s seg\u00edt\u0151v\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00e1s kataliz\u00e1tor\u00e1nak tekinthet\u0151 \u00e9s fontos l\u00e9pcs\u0151fok az \u201cel\u00e9g j\u00f3\u201d eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szakemberr\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00e1shoz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Konferencia megjelen\u00e9sek:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>P\u00f6lczman L.
