Az igazs\u00e1goss\u00e1g \u00e9s a besorol\u00e1s etikai probl\u00e9m\u00e1i az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyben, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s tekintettel a COVID\u201319-j\u00e1rv\u00e1ny olaszorsz\u00e1gi tapasztalataira <\/strong><\/p>\n Absztrakt<\/strong><\/p>\n A 2020. \u00e9v elej\u00e9n kirobbant COVID\u2013<\/em>19-vil\u00e1gj\u00e1rv\u00e1ny t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt r\u00e1ir\u00e1ny\u00edtotta a figyelmet az \u00e9letment\u0151-\u00e9letfenn\u00adtart\u00f3 kezel\u00e9sek igazs\u00e1gos eloszt\u00e1s\u00e1nak \u00e9rz\u00e9keny k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9re is. Eur\u00f3p\u00e1n bel\u00fcl els\u0151k\u00e9nt Olaszorsz\u00e1got s\u00fajtotta a kataszt\u00adr\u00f3fa, a v\u00e1ls\u00e1ghelyzetben pedig az \u00e9rz\u00e9stelen\u00edt\u00e9s, f\u00e1jdalomcsillap\u00edt\u00e1s, \u00fajra\u00e9leszt\u00e9s \u00e9s intenz\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1s ter\u00fclet\u00e9n tev\u00e9keny\u00adked\u0151 szakemberek olasz t\u00e1rsas\u00e1ga, a SIAARTI 2020. m\u00e1rcius 6-\u00e1n k\u00f6zz\u00e9tett egy 15 pontos aj\u00e1nl\u00e1st. E szerint utilitarista megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9ssel a rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00f3 sz\u0171k\u00f6s er\u0151forr\u00e1sokat azon betegek kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re kellene ford\u00edtani, akik t\u00fal\u00e9l\u00e9si es\u00e9lye nagyobb, valamint t\u00f6bb \u00e9let\u00e9vre sz\u00e1m\u00edthatnak a j\u00f6v\u0151ben, mert ez biztos\u00edthatja a lehet\u0151 legt\u00f6bb ember sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a lehet\u0151 legnagyobb hasznot. A javaslat komoly szakmai vit\u00e1t robbantott ki, amely egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171v\u00e9 tette, hogy az orvosi eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k igazs\u00e1gos eloszt\u00e1s\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3 diskurzust felt\u00e9tlen\u00fcl folytatni kell, nemcsak Olaszorsz\u00e1gon be\u00adl\u00fcl, hanem a pand\u00e9mi\u00e1t\u00f3l s\u00fajtott t\u00f6bbi \u00e1llamban is.<\/p>\n Kulcsszavak: <\/strong>COVID\u2013<\/em>19, orvosi etika, besorol\u00e1s, szelekci\u00f3s krit\u00e9riumok, Olaszorsz\u00e1g<\/p>\n <\/p>\n COVID-19 and the ethical issues of justice and rationing in health care, with particular regard to the Italian experience <\/strong><\/p>\n Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n Among other queries, the explosion of the COVID-19 pandemic at the beginning of 2020 has firmly put in focus the sensitive issue of how to allocate scarcely available life-saving treatments in a fair and just manner. The first Euro\u00adpean country to face an emergency caused by the pandemic was Italy. In a rapidly escalating crisis, on 6th March 2020, the Italian Society of Anaesthesia, Analgesia, Resuscitation, and Intensive Care (SIAARTI) issued a series of 15 recommendations, suggesting that a utilitarian approach should be adopted in Italian health care and the extremely scarce resources should be reserved for patients with a greater probability of survival and life expectancy, in order to maximize the benefits for the largest possible number of people.
