C\u00e9lunk annak vizsg\u00e1lata, hogy az el\u00e9rhet\u0151 szakmai ir\u00e1nyelvek alapj\u00e1n hogyan val\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3 meg \u00e9s milyen lehet\u0151s\u00e9geket ny\u00fajthat a perinatalis hospice-palliat\u00edv gondoz\u00e1s. N\u00e9h\u00e1ny p\u00e9ld\u00e1n kereszt\u00fclbemutatjuk az els\u0151sorban angolsz\u00e1sz ter\u00fcletekr\u0151l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 szakmai ir\u00e1nyelveket, protokol-lokat, valamint a j\u00f3 gyakorlat n\u00e9h\u00e1ny p\u00e9ld\u00e1j\u00e1t.A perinatalis hospice kiemelten neh\u00e9z ell\u00e1t\u00e1si ter\u00fclet a szakmai \u00e9s emberi neh\u00e9zs\u00e9geket illet\u0151en. Kiindul\u00e1si pontot jelentenek a standardiz\u00e1lt, konszenzuson alapul\u00f3 ir\u00e1nyelvek, amelyek r\u00e9szletezik az ell\u00e1t\u00e1s saj\u00e1toss\u00e1gait \u00e9s azt is, hogy milyen felt\u00e9telek sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek a biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, emellett pedig jelent\u0151s seg\u00edts\u00e9get ny\u00fajthatnak a k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 szakm\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00f6tti kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00e9s koordin\u00e1ci\u00f3s folyamatokban. A tov\u00e1bbk\u00e9pz\u00e9s a palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1sban \u00e9s a megfelel\u0151 kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3ban kompetenciafejleszt\u00e9st jelent a szakmai feladatok ell\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: perinatalis id\u0151szak, hospice-palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1s, perinatalis vesztes\u00e9g, neonatol\u00f3gia<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nPerinatal hospice care is a special form of paediatric palliative care, with a focus on prenatally diagnosed malformation, providing physical, psychological and mental support with a holistic approach for the families. Our aim was to analyse how perinatal hospice-palliative care can be implemented and what opportunities it may provide on the basis of available professional guidelines. We introduce study and analysis of the professional guidelines and protocols, mainly from Anglo-Saxon countries, and describe some examples of best practices. Perinatal hospice is a specially demanding care regarding professional and personal challenges. Standardised guidelines based on consensus can serve as starting points, describing proper care and its conditions. Moreover, they can facilitate communication and coordinative processes between the collaborating specialists. Challenging conditions and possible solutions to them can be identified during supportive formative courses.
