Ennek alakul\u00e1s\u00e1ban d\u00f6nt\u0151 szerepe van az orvosi kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3nak. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen nagy hangs\u00falyt kap a kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 sz\u00ednvonala abban a helyzetben, amikor nincs lehet\u0151s\u00e9g a gyermek megment\u00e9s\u00e9re, \u00e9s a palliat\u00edv kezel\u00e9s ker\u00fcl az ell\u00e1t\u00e1s k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ba. A gyermekkori palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1s eset\u00e9ben a megfe\u00adlel\u0151 orvosi kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 jelenleg is intenz\u00edv kutat\u00e1s t\u00e1rgya, melyet nagyban nehez\u00edt a t\u00e9ma \u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge, a palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1sban r\u00e9szes\u00fcl\u0151 vagy elhunyt gyermekek sz\u00fcleinek, illetve az ell\u00e1t\u00f3szem\u00e9lyzetnek a bevon\u00e1si neh\u00e9zs\u00e9gei. A jelen munk\u00e1ban \u00e1ttekintj\u00fck a gyermekonkol\u00f3giai palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1ssal kapcsolatos szakirodalmat. A sz\u00e9les k\u00f6r\u0171 kutat\u00e1sok el\u00adlen\u00e9re alacsony azon vizsg\u00e1latok sz\u00e1ma, melyek az orvosi kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 gyakorlati aspektusait igyekeznek felm\u00e9rni. A szakirodalomban b\u0151s\u00e9gesen rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00f3 elm\u00e9letek gyakorlati megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g\u00e9r\u0151l nem sz\u00f3l\u00adnak vizsg\u00e1latok. A ter\u00fclettel kapcsolatos \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos k\u00f6vetkeztet\u00e9sek levon\u00e1s\u00e1t nehez\u00edtik a szociokultur\u00e1lis k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gek, k\u00f6zt\u00fck az orvosokkal szemben t\u00e1masztott elv\u00e1r\u00e1sok elt\u00e9r\u00e9se a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 kultur\u00e1lis, vall\u00e1si k\u00f6rnyezetekben. Nincs elt\u00e9r\u00e9s annak meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00e9ben, hogy a palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1s korai integr\u00e1ci\u00f3ja elengedhetetlen a diagn\u00f3zisk\u00f6zl\u00e9ssel egy id\u0151\u00adben. A m\u00e1r rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00f3 ismeretek t\u00fckr\u00e9ben fontos e kutat\u00e1sok v\u00e9gz\u00e9se a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 szociokultur\u00e1lis k\u00f6rnyeze\u00adtek speci\u00e1lis keretei k\u00f6z\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>Kulcsszavak: gyermek, gyermekonkol\u00f3gia, orvosi kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3, palliat\u00edv ell\u00e1t\u00e1s, sz\u00fcl\u0151<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Relation between the treating physician, the child with cancer and his\/her parents is decisive in the field of pediatric oncology. Medical communication plays a crucial role in this relation. The quality of communication is particularly emphasized during the phase of palliative care in the case of children with incurable malignant disease. The proper medical communication during pediatric palliative care is subject of intensive research which is hindered by the sensitivity of the topic and the difficulties with inclusion of parents whose child has been lost or receiving palliative treatment and of health-care providers, respectively. In the present work, we review the publications focusing on palliative care in the field of pediatric oncology. Despite extensive research, only few investigations focus on the practical aspects of medical communication. Reports on the effectiveness of practical implementation of the existing theories are lacking. Drawing general conclusions is highly hindered by socio-cultural differences, including the diverse parental expectations towards doctors in different cultural and religious settings. However, there is a general agreement that early, simultaneous integration of palliative care at the time of diagnosis sharing is crucial.
