Ezt az id\u0151tartamot sz\u00e1mos t\u00e9nyez\u0151 befoly\u00e1solja, amelyek felt\u00e1r\u00e1sa hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulhat a szoptat\u00e1si ar\u00e1ny hat\u00e9kony n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9hez. A kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos anyatejes t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e1sra vonatkoz\u00f3 statisztik\u00e1kat ugyanakkor elt\u00e9r\u0151 m\u00e9r\u00e9sm\u00f3dszertan \u00e9s a defin\u00edci\u00f3k k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151s\u00e9ge jellemzi.<\/p>\n A tanulm\u00e1ny a m\u00e9r\u00e9sm\u00f3dszertanok \u00f6sszevet\u00e9se ut\u00e1n reprezentat\u00edv magyarorsz\u00e1gi mint\u00e1n, a Kohorsz \u201918 Magyar Sz\u00fclet\u00e9si Kohorszvizsg\u00e1lat els\u0151 k\u00e9t, a v\u00e1rand\u00f3ss\u00e1g idej\u00e9n \u00e9s a csecsem\u0151 6 h\u00f3napos kor\u00e1ban megval\u00f3sult hull\u00e1m\u00e1nak longitudin\u00e1lis adatb\u00e1zis\u00e1n azonos\u00edtja a szoptat\u00e1s\/anyatejes t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e1s (54%) \u00e9s a kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos szoptat\u00e1s\/anyatejes t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e1s (25%) relat\u00edv gyakoris\u00e1g\u00e1t a csecsem\u0151 24 hetes kor\u00e1ban. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en a szerz\u0151k hazai \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi kutat\u00e1si eredm\u00e9nyekre alapozva vizsg\u00e1lj\u00e1k, hogy a kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos anyatejes t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e1s ar\u00e1ny\u00e1val mik\u00e9nt f\u00fcggnek \u00f6ssze bizonyos szociodemogr\u00e1fiai, eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi \u00e9s pszichol\u00f3giai t\u00e9nyez\u0151k. A 6 h\u00f3napos csecsem\u0151k kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos anyatejes t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben a szakirodalomban felt\u00e1rt szociodemogr\u00e1fiai t\u00e9nyez\u0151k k\u00f6z\u00fcl az anyai iskolai v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9g, az \u00e9letkor, a h\u00e1zas p\u00e1rkapcsolati helyzet, a kedvez\u0151bb anyagi h\u00e1tt\u00e9r \u00e9s a lak\u00f3hely telep\u00fcl\u00e9sm\u00e9ret\u00e9nek pozit\u00edv kapcsolat\u00e1t mutatj\u00e1k a hazai gyakoris\u00e1gi adatok.<\/p>\n T\u00c1RGYSZ\u00d3: kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lagos anyatejes t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e1s; Kohorsz \u201918; WHO-statisztika<\/p>\n ABSTRACT<\/p>\n Both international and national recommendations support exclusive baby-led breastfeeding from birth to 6 months of age. This duration is influenced by several factors, the exploration of which may contribute to an increase in the breastfeeding rate. The statistics on exclusive breast-feeding, however, are based on different measurement methodologies and definitions.<\/p>\n After comparing various measurement methods and definitions, the study identifies the relative frequency of breastfeeding (54%) and exclusive breastfeeding (25%) in the first six months of life on a representative sample, based on the longitudinal database of the first two waves of the Cohort \u201918 Hungarian Birth Cohort Study conducted during pregnancy and at six months of age. The authors analyse the ratio of exclusive breastfeeding in the context of a number of socio-demographic, health and psychological factors following international and domestic research history.
