A Covid-19-vil\u00e1gj\u00e1rv\u00e1ny \u00e9s az emiatt bevezetett korl\u00e1toz\u00f3 int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek \u00f3ri\u00e1si pszich\u00e9s terhet r\u00f3nak a lakoss\u00e1gra vil\u00e1gszerte. Az izol\u00e1ci\u00f3, a t\u00e1rsas kapcsolatok besz\u0171k\u00fcl\u00e9se, a folyamatos f\u00e9lelem \u00e9s a megbeteged\u00e9s is hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rult sz\u00e1mos ment\u00e1lis zavar kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. K\u00fcl\u00f6n probl\u00e9m\u00e1t jelent az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyben dolgoz\u00f3k lelki terhel\u00e9se is a s\u00falyos fizikai ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel mellett. Ebben a kr\u00edzishelyzetben a ment\u00e1lhigi\u00e9n\u00e9s intervenci\u00f3 egyik legf\u0151bb er\u0151forr\u00e1sa a k\u00f6nnyen hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151, szem\u00e9lyes tal\u00e1lkoz\u00e1st nem ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 lelki els\u0151seg\u00e9ly-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok vil\u00e1gszerte. TELEPHONE HOTLINE CRISIS INTERVENTION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC<\/p>\n
ABSTRACT<\/p>\n
The Covid-19 pandemic and the successive restrictive measures are placing a huge psychological burden on the population worldwide. Isolation, narrowing of social relationships, constant fear, and the illness itself contributed to the development of various mental disorders. The mental strain of healthcare workers, in addition to their heavy physical workload is also a particular problem. In this situation, easily accessible, telephone counselling services, which does not require physical meeting, are one of the most important resources for mental health intervention worldwide. The present study demonstrates the mental challenges caused by the pandemic, the brief history of telephone crisis care, and studies about its effectiveness. In addition, this study focuses on the effects of Covid19 pandemic on the use of telephone counselling services. Several countries are presented with significantly increased use of these services. Finally, the Hungarian situation is demonstrated with the nature of Covid-19 related calls of the Hungarian hotline service.<\/p>\n
