Bakteriol\u00f3giai Oszt\u00e1ly\u00e1n\u00a0 el\u00e9rhet\u0151 vizsg\u00e1latok).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: medium\">A <b>P-HUS<\/b> al\u00e1t\u00e1maszt\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas vizsg\u00e1latok a k\u00f3rokoz\u00f3 (<em>S. pneumoniae<\/em>) vagy antig\u00e9njeinek kimutat\u00e1sa (v\u00e9rb\u0151l vagy egy\u00e9b testnedvb\u0151l), a direkt Coombs teszt \u00e9s a sz\u00e9rum neuraminid\u00e1z aktivit\u00e1s meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: medium\">Amennyiben a klinikai diagn\u00f3zis <b>at\u00edpusos HUS<\/b>, indokolt a r\u00e9szletes komplement kivizsg\u00e1l\u00e1ssal folytatni a diagnosztik\u00e1t. Ennek r\u00e9sz\u00e9t k\u00e9pezi az alap komplement profil (komplement faktorok, regul\u00e1torok, aktivit\u00e1s, aktiv\u00e1ci\u00f3s term\u00e9k) valamint az autoimmun forma vizsg\u00e1lata az anti-H faktor autoantitest meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1val.
