A kutat\u00e1s tov\u00e1bbi r\u00e9sze a COVID-19-re jellemz\u0151 citokinekkel aktiv\u00e1lt endot\u00e9lsejtek extracellul\u00e1ris vezikula \u2013 mint sejtkommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3s csatorna \u2013 kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak m\u00e9r\u00e9se, valamint a kialakult endot\u00e9lsejt diszfunkci\u00f3 helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa mezenchim\u00e1lis \u0151ssejtekkel. A Kutat\u00f3csoport ez\u00e1ltal egybef\u0171zi az EC Munkacsoport \u00e9s az MSC Munkacsoport m\u00f3dszereit \u00e9s fejleszt\u00e9seit, \u00e9s ezeket az eredm\u00e9nyeket megpr\u00f3b\u00e1lja a COVID-19 ter\u00e1pi\u00e1j\u00e1ba \u00e1t\u00fcltetni.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Az elm\u00falt p\u00e1ly\u00e1zati ciklusban folyt kutat\u00e1sunk<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Szi\u00e1lsav k\u00f6t\u0151 lektinek transzl\u00e1ci\u00f3s klinikai vizsg\u00e1lata trombotikus mikroangiop\u00e1ti\u00e1kban<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trombotikus mikroangiop\u00e1ti\u00e1k (TMA) a komplementkaszk\u00e1d, a v\u00e9ralvad\u00e1s, a v\u00e9rlemezke- \u00e9s endot\u00e9l aktiv\u00e1ci\u00f3 szab\u00e1lyozott m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek felborul\u00e1sa miatt kialakul\u00f3 s\u00falyos, \u00e9letvesz\u00e9lyes k\u00f3rk\u00e9pek. Az elm\u00falt \u00e9vek eredm\u00e9nyei a patogenezis kulcselemeire vil\u00e1g\u00edtottak r\u00e1, azonban a fenti komplex rendszerek patol\u00f3gi\u00e1s k\u00f6lcs\u00f6nhat\u00e1sai csak r\u00e9szleteiben ismertek. Nem ismertek pontosan a betegs\u00e9g rizik\u00f3j\u00e1t fokoz\u00f3 g\u00e9nek \u00e9s g\u00e9nvari\u00e1nsok, valamint ezek szerepe a betegs\u00e9g kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1ban.
