Handling these issues is often a sensitive and time-consuming task, where an impartial, supportive environment can be beneficial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mediation counseling<\/strong> is an alternative dispute resolution method, where an agreement between the parties is facilitated by a third, independent, and neutral person (mediator, conciliator) through a meeting based on mutual listening and understanding.<\/p>\n<p>Petra Macher, mediation counselor and work and organizational psychologist.
