WHAT IS COACHING?
\n<\/strong>A special series of conversations between you and a coach that aims to help you realize your dreams, unleash your potential, get you out of your blockages. Coaching promotes your personal and professional development, learning, increases your self-knowledge and effectiveness and can catalyze beneficial changes in your life. Coaching helps you cope with difficulties and achieve your goals. To connect more deeply with yourself, to find and walk your own path and become who you really are.<\/p>\n

\"\"WHO WILL I MEET THERE?
\n<\/strong>With coach Dr. Tam\u00e1s Bozo. Tam\u00e1s obtained his PhD degree at our Doctoral School and is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Biophysics and Radiation Biology. In addition, he has been coaching since 2020 and has been providing coaching services in the Workgroup for Science Management of the Doctoral School since March 2022.<\/p>\n

HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?
\n<\/strong>You talk to a coach one-on-one, 60 minutes at a time. You bring the topic, the coach listens, asks questions, creates a safe space for you and encourages you to go beyond what you already know and feel and find new insights and new opportunities. You must put yourself there for that. Coaching is a self-work process that requires mutual openness, in which you work together with the coach to achieve your goals.\u00a0 The coach and you are equal partners. The coach keeps everything you say confidential and supports you with his full presence to help you make good decisions about your life and take responsibility for it \u2013as the best expert in it is yourself.<\/p>\n

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PARTICIPATE?
\n<\/strong>The coaching sessions take place at pre-arranged times in the KMMCS office (Selye J\u00e1nos Dormitory, 1085 Budapest, \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat 22., 1st floor). Online coaching is also possible. In this case, you will need a stable internet connection, suitable IT equipment and an uninterrupted environment.<\/p>\n

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT?
\n<\/strong>Coaching is not friendly chatter and is not professional, communication, mental health, or psychological counselling. Nor is it a psychotherapeutic conversation. The coach is not competent to explore and treat mental illness or psychological trauma. Coaching deals little with an in-depth analysis of past and past problems. It focuses primarily on the desired future, the desired mode of operation that brings solutions and results. A coach doesn’t solve your problems for you or take responsibility for decisions and actions from you. But it helps you find your own and best fit solutions and commit to them.<\/p>\n
