Az \u00e1t\u00fcltetett vese m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t alapvet\u0151en meghat\u00e1rozz\u00e1k az \u00e1t\u00fcltet\u00e9s sor\u00e1n elszenvedett iszk\u00e9mi\u00e1s \u00e9s immunol\u00f3giai k\u00e1ros\u00edt\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151k melyek eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt kialakul\u00f3 vese-fibr\u00f3zis a kr\u00f3nikus vesek\u00e1rosod\u00e1s \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos \u00fatja. Els\u0151k\u00e9nt alkalmaztunk RNS interferenci\u00e1t a ves\u00e9ben in-vivo g\u00e9ncsendes\u00edt\u00e9sre.
