Information about Conference Room booking for Home Defence or PhD Thesis Defence<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Depending on availability and capacity, three meeting rooms can be booked through the University webpage: Ground floor Meeting Room, 26 \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat, the Rector\u2019s Building, located on the ground floor and accomodating 22+6 participants; 52. Baross utca, B52 Office Building, the Administrative and Digital Skill Labor with maximum 19 participants and finally the Semmelweis Salon at 26 \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat, the Rector’s Building, located on the first floor accomodating up to 80 people.<\/em><\/p>\n

Due to the limited availability of the University conference room booking system, we kindly ask the PhD students to send us the exact date and time of their PhD thesis defence and their conference room booking request to <\/em>hta@semmelweis.hu<\/a><\/em><\/strong> as soon as the Defence date and time has been finalised.<\/em><\/p>\n

The PhD students are requested to contact the relevant Faculty, Department in person if different locations are preferred to book as the above mentioned 3 ones.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
