Pursuant to the relevant sections of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2023\/10\/Statutes-of-the-Students-Union-30-05-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Statutes of the Students\u2019 Union<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, he made the following decision<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The following students have submitted an application in accordance with the requirements and the Statutes, and therefore have been registered as candidates for the election of the Delegates\u2019 Assembly:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FEJES Istv\u00e1n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>KASZONYI M\u00e1rk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>VARGA Levente<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CSALL\u00d3 Dorina<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>HORV\u00c1TH Borb\u00e1la<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>VIR\u00c1G Fi\u00f3na<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>NEMES Maja Dorottya<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>NAGY L\u00e1szl\u00f3<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>TOKAI Vikt\u00f3ria Laura<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>LERNYEI Soma Bence<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shakthi BALAKRISHNAN<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Divya TILWANI<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kandarp VYAS<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Abhinav KOPALLE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following student has submitted an inaccurate application, and therefore has not been registered as a candidate in the election of the <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Delegates\u2019 Assembly<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>REZNEKI Anna <\/strong>(<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pursuant to Paragraph 84, Section (5) of the Election Regulations, all pages of the application have to be signed by the applicant in order for it to be registeres. <\/span>The student failed to sign all pages in her motivational letter, the application is therefore inadmissible.)<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pursuant to Paragraph 89, Section (5) of the Election Regulations,<\/span> support priority lists that are based on a joint declaration of at least half of the registered candidates may be created. These proposed support priority lists shall be submitted to the Election Officer by the candidates no later than the day after the decision regarding their registration becomes final. Proposed support priority lists shall be numbered by the Election Officer based on the order in which they were submitted.<br \/>\nIn order to process it as quickly as possible, candidates should send the support priority lists electronically to the <a href=\"mailto:hok.vk@semmelweis.hu\">hok.vk@semmelweis.hu<\/a> e-mail address, even if it is submitted in paper format at the Students&#8217; Office.<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Legal remedies:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to Paragraph 93 of the Election Regulations, an appeal may be submitted against this decision. The appeal, accompanied by the supporting reasons and evidence, may be submitted by 15:00 on the third workday following the public disclosure of the decision, by submitting it in person at the Students&#8217; Office, addressed to the Secretary of the Students\u2019 Union, or sent electronically to the official e-mail address of the Secretary: <a href=\"mailto:hok.secretary@semmelweis.hu\">hok.secretary@semmelweis.hu<\/a>. Public disclosure is defined as the publication of this decision via the NEPTUN system or on the Students&#8217; Union&#8217;s website. In the absence of an appeal, the decision, as well as the part of the decision not subject to an appeal shall become final after the aforementioned deadline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The deadline for appeals is 3rd November, 2025, at 3:00 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Students&#8217; Office is open for appeals between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on workdays.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">We recommend submitting appeals electronically to expediate their processing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The voting period shall last at least 5 workdays. The voting period shall begin no earlier than on the 8th day after the end of the nomination period, and no later than on the 10th day after the date when the last decision regarding the registrations has become final.
