{"id":17768,"date":"2024-09-20T20:58:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T18:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/?p=17768"},"modified":"2024-11-07T18:16:41","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T17:16:41","slug":"open-tender-for-the-position-of-election-officer-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/en\/2024\/09\/20\/open-tender-for-the-position-of-election-officer-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Open tender for the position of Election Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Semmelweis University Students\u2019 Union is launching an open tender for the position of\u00a0<strong>Election Officer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Chapter VIII, Article 69 (2) of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2022\/04\/Statutes-of-the-Students-Union-28-03-2022-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statutes<\/a>, the Students\u2019 Union operates an Election Officer, who shall be elected from among students of Semmelweis University with an active student status.<br \/>\nThe detailed duties and rights of the Election Officer are set out in the Statutes.<br \/>\nThe Election Officer is elected by the Assembly of Delegates by an application.<\/p>\n<p>The application must contain:<br \/>\n\u2013 a Curriculum Vitae,<br \/>\n\u2013 a motivational letter,<br \/>\n\u2013 the applicant\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2022\/11\/24-statement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement according to Article 24 of the Statutes<\/a>,<br \/>\n\u2013 a certificate of student status not older than 15 days.<br \/>\nAll pages of the application shall be certified by the applicant\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline of the tender: <strong>30th September 2024, 11:59 PM<\/strong><br \/>\nMethod of submission: electronically, by e-mail to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hok.president@semmelweis.hu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hok.president@semmelweis.hu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dated: Budapest, 20th September 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Semmelweis University Students\u2019 Union is launching an open tender for the position of\u00a0Election Officer.
