{"id":16240,"date":"2023-11-19T23:45:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-19T22:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/?p=16240"},"modified":"2023-11-22T18:30:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T17:30:17","slug":"the-election-officier-extends-the-2023-election-of-the-assembly-of-delegates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/en\/2023\/11\/19\/the-election-officier-extends-the-2023-election-of-the-assembly-of-delegates\/","title":{"rendered":"The Election Officier extends the 2023 election of the Assembly of Delegates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2023\/10\/Statutes-of-the-Students-Union-30-05-2025.pdf#page=34\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chapter VIII: Annex 3, Section 72 (1) of the Statutes<\/a> of the Semmelweis University Students&#8217; Union, the Election Officier shall call the elections and decide on the deadlines to be set.<\/p>\n<p>According to Section 76 (5) of <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2023\/10\/Statutes-of-the-Students-Union-30-05-2025.pdf#page=36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chapter IX: Annex 4, Election Regulations<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the Election Regulations), the election period includes the nomination period (application period) and the voting period.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to Article 84 (3) of the Election Regulations, the nomination period shall commence not earlier than the 15th day after a new election was announced, and shall last for at least 7 days. Pursuant to Section (6) of the same Article, the deadline for submission shall be at least 22 days after the date of the call for applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Election Officier <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1fggPvm7f_3wzArGRSBlgcpZ6jwGV1DHU\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extends the 2023 election for the Delegates&#8217; Assembly<\/a>.
