The Election Officier of the Semmelweis University Students\u2019 Union announces the 2023 election of the Assembly of Delegates<\/a> accordingly to the\u00a0Statutes of the Students\u2019 Union<\/a>.
\nAccording to Chapter IX appendix 4 article 76 section (5) the nominator phase and the election phase are the parts of the elections.<\/p>\n

Nominator phase: from 10th November 2023 8:00 until 20th November 2023 14:00.<\/strong>\u00a0To be nominated one must file the documents below at 1089 Budapest, Nagyv\u00e1rad t\u00e9r 4. (NET) Students\u2019 Center, office number 3, addressed to the Election Officier.
\nTo become nominated one must file an application accordingly to the calling for tender.<\/p>\n

The application for becoming Assembly member candidate must include:<\/em>
\na) Application sheet,<\/em>
\nb) Ce<\/em>rtificate of active student status, not older than 15 days,<\/em>
\nc) Curriculum Vitae,<\/em>
\nd) Motivational letter,<\/em>
\ne) a\u00a0statement accordingly to 24.\u00a7<\/a> of the Statutes of the SU,<\/em>
\nf) recommendation from at least 281 active students<\/a>\u00a0of Semmelweis University.<\/em><\/p>\n

The sealed application sheet and recommodation sheets can be required in the Student\u2019s Center\u2019s office number 3 on workdays between 8 am and 2 pm.
\nEach applicant must seal each page of their application with his\/her signature.<\/p>\n

Election phase<\/strong>\u00a0starts online after the registration of the nominees via Neptun System. The first day of the election can be held on the 8th day following the end of the nominator phase.<\/p>\n

Every student can be elected as a representative at the Assembly of Delegates who is an active student and filed his\/her application until the deadline.
\nThe elected representatives of the Assembly of Delegates will have president-electing right on the next elections as well.
\nAccording to the Statutes of the SU, 11 mandates will be distributed<\/a>\u00a0during the upcoming elections.<\/p>\n
