{"id":13900,"date":"2022-09-25T21:39:33","date_gmt":"2022-09-25T19:39:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/?p=13900"},"modified":"2022-09-25T21:39:33","modified_gmt":"2022-09-25T19:39:33","slug":"open-application-for-the-election-officer-position-2022-assembly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/en\/2022\/09\/25\/open-application-for-the-election-officer-position-2022-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"Open application for the Election Officer position"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Students\u2019 Union is seeking to fill the <strong>Election Officer<\/strong> position (formely Electional Representative) by an open application.<\/p>\n<p>After Chapter VIII Article 69 Point (2) of the <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2022\/04\/Statutes-of-the-Students-Union-28-03-2022-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Constitution the Students\u2019 Union<\/a> has Election Officer to transact elections, for which position every student attending Semmelweis University in an active semester can be elected. Detailed tasks and responsibilities of the Election Officer is written in the Constitution.<br \/>\nThe Election Officer is elected by the Assembly of Delegates for one electional period, through an application.<\/p>\n<p>The application must contain:<br \/>\n\u2013 a CV,<br \/>\n\u2013 a motivational letter,<br \/>\n\u2013 the applicant\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hok\/files\/2021\/09\/24-nyilatkozat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declaration in accordance with Article 24 of the Constitution<\/a>,<br \/>\n\u2013 maximum 15 days old certificate about the legal relationship with the university.<br \/>\nEvery document of the application must be authenticated with the applicant\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline of the application: <strong>2nd October 2022, 11:59 PM<\/strong><br \/>\nMethod of submission: electronically, to the <a href=\"mailto:hok.president@semmelweis.hu\">hok.president@semmelweis.hu<\/a> e-mail address.<\/p>\n<p>Budapest, 25th September 2022<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Students\u2019 Union is seeking to fill the Election Officer position (formely Electional Representative) by an open application.
