Max 4 credits per semester.)

Below we will detail the different roles you can fill as a student:

Nursing Assistant with a contract with the university. They will receive their salary the usual way it is specified in the contract. The advantage of a work contract is that it is included in the time spent in the employment relationship. The schedule can be discussed with the person assigned to this task at the given clinic.

Nursing Assistant without a contract: everyone who has joined recently will be able to participate this way. Also, everyone with a contract expiring in April can continue working this way. The work done at the clinic, in this case, can be considered as part of the training, they help in patient care on the same legal basis as in other clinical practices. The schedule can be discussed with the person assigned to this task at the given clinic.

Volunteering as social work: Within the framework of a type “B” scholarship, the credits will be credited in Neptun after the inclusion of the subject “Social work1”, “Social work2”.

Their work (2-3.) will be recorded and tracked by a QR code system. The QR code must be scanned at each clinic before starting a shift, and when ending a shift with another scan (this system functions as an attendance sheet). They can receive a type “B” scholarship for their work. The application for the scholarship can be filled out on NEPTUN, the beginning of every month (1st till 8th) regarding the previous month. There is no other administrative task other than the QR-code registration and submission of the scholarship application. The epidemiological scholarship is 1,500HUF / hour for students working at hospital ward at Semmelweis Clinics. In case of the worked hours being between 60 and 79 hours, they can receive an additional 10,000HUF, in case of a number of hours reaching 80 hours per month, they can receive an additional 30,000HUF.

Work of seconded students: the Government Office arranges the payment of these students. Volunteer credit will be credited to NEPTUN throughout the semester.

Using the QR code system as an attendance sheet:

The system also gives you security, as you can keep track of whether your presence has been registered or not, you don’t have to worry about losing the attendance sheet being at disadvantage as a result.

Many of you have raised the question of how you can prove to your professors that you have been missing class because of epidemiological work. With the help of the system, it will be possible to prove this, you do not need to ask anyone for a separate certificate.

When designing the system, we primarily wanted it to be easy to use, so logging in will only take a few seconds.

Things to do before logging in your first shift

Register at http://report.semmelweis.hu/klinika/index.php?page=regisztracio by entering the required data.
