Call for applications to win the Good Student \u2013 Good Athlete<\/em> prize 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Semmelweis University calls for applications to win the\u00a0\u201cGood Student \u2013 Good Athlete\u201d<\/em> prizes.<\/p>\n

I. Conditions for the submission of the application<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) The prize can be awarded to registered full time students of Semmelweis University, participating in graduate training, who<\/p>\n

a) have an overall weighted average grade of or over 4.00 during the last two semesters preceding the release of the call for applications,<\/p>\n

b) have not repeated any academic year due to failure in a subject,<\/p>\n

c) are not, and has not been, the subject of any disciplinary sanction,<\/p>\n

d) have documents to prove that they performed any of the sports requirements listed in Annex 7 during the two academic semesters preceding the publication of the call for applications, and<\/p>\n

e) have documents to prove that they performed in any of the scientific works, listed in Annex 7 during the two academic semesters preceding the publication of the call for applications.<\/p>\n

(2) As for paragraph (1) d) a result achieved in sports can only be listed by a student in his or her application; the same result must not be entered in any subsequent application.<\/p>\n

Application forms<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0brief CV<\/strong>\u00a0covering the applicant\u2019s studies and sports activities can be submitted in person until 15:00 on\u00a015 November 2023<\/strong>\u00a0at SE Testnevel\u00e9si \u00e9s Sportk\u00f6zpont (Physical Education and Sports Centre of Semmelweis University), or by mail not later than by 24:00 on the same day.\u00a0Address: 1107 Budapest, Z\u00e1gr\u00e1bi utca 14.<\/p>\n

II.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applications are evaluated by a Committee of five, headed by the Director of the SU Physical Education and Sports Centre.<\/p>\n

Based on the applicants\u2019 aggregated scores the Committee shall set up a ranking order for the awarding of the applicants in the first six positions.<\/p>\n

In case two applicants have equal scores, the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs shall make a proposal for their ranking order.<\/p>\n

The University\u2019s Senate shall make the decision on the recipients of the \u201cGood student \u2013 Good Athlete\u201d title on the basis of the proposal of the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs.<\/p>\n

The award shall be handed over at the ceremony of the celebration of the National Holiday (15 March).<\/p>\n

The detailed rules, terms and conditions governing the application scheme laid down in the Regulation adopted by the Senate\u2019s Resolution No. 33\/2022. Aufruf zur Einreichung von Bewerbungen f\u00fcr die Auszeichnung \u201eGut im Studium \u2013 Gut im Sport\u201c<\/em> 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Das Zentrum f\u00fcr K\u00f6rpererziehung und Sport der Semmelweis Universit\u00e4t verk\u00fcndet eine Ausschreibung zur Verleihung der Auszeichnung\u00a0\u201eGut im Studium \u2013 Gut im Sport<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n

I. Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Einreichung einer Bewerbung<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Die Auszeichnung kann einem\/einer im Direktstudium bzw. in der Graduiertenausbildung eingeschriebenen Studierenden der Semmelweis Universit\u00e4t verliehen werden, der\/die<\/p>\n

a) in den zwei Semestern vor der Ausschreibung zur Einreichung von Bewerbungen \u00fcber einen gewichteten Notendurchschnitt von 4,00 oder besser verf\u00fcgt,<\/p>\n

b) wegen unzureichender Studienergebnisse kein Jahr wiederholt hat,<\/p>\n

c) nicht unter der Wirkung einer Disziplinarstrafe steht bzw. stand und<\/p>\n

d) in den zwei Semestern vor der Ausschreibung zur Einreichung von Bewerbungen eine der in der Anlage 7 aufgef\u00fchrten sportlichen Anforderungen dokumentiert erf\u00fcllt hat und<\/p>\n

e) in den zwei Semestern vor der Ausschreibung zur Einreichung von Bewerbungen in einer in der Anlage 7 aufgef\u00fchrten wissenschaftlichen Arbeit dokumentiert Leistungen erbracht hat.<\/p>\n

(2) Hinsichtlich Absatzes (1) Buchstabe d) darf der\/die Studierende das bereits erzielte Sportergebnis bei der Einreichung der Bewerbung nur einmal anrechnen lassen und sich in Zukunft nicht auf dieses erzielte Ergebnis berufen.<\/p>\n

II.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eine vom Direktor des Zentrums f\u00fcr K\u00f6rpererziehung und Sport der Universit\u00e4t geleitete 5-k\u00f6pftige Jury bewertet die Bewerbungen.<\/p>\n

Die Jury stellt aufgrund der zusammengefassten Punkte zur Pr\u00e4mierung der ersten sechs Platzierten jeweils gesondert f\u00fcr Frauen und M\u00e4nner eine Reihenfolge auf.<\/p>\n

Bei gleichen Punktzahlen unterbreitet der Stellvertretende Rektor f\u00fcr Bildungsfragen einen Vorschlag zur Reihenfolge.<\/p>\n

Der Senat der Universit\u00e4t entscheidet aufgrund der Vorlage des Stellvertretenden Rektors f\u00fcr Bildungsfragen \u00fcber die Vergabe der Auszeichnung \u201eGut im Studium \u2013 Gut im Sport\u201d an die w\u00fcrdigen Studierenden.<\/p>\n

Die Verleihung der Auszeichnung erfolgt auf der am Nationalfeiertag (15. M\u00e4rz) veranstalteten Feier.<\/p>\n

\u00dcber die mit der Bewerbung verbundenen detaillierten Bedingungen und Regeln verf\u00fcgt die mit dem Beschluss des Senats der Universit\u00e4t Nr. 33\/2022.
