El\u0151ad\u00e1s\u00e1ban kit\u00e9rt a l\u00e9zercsipeszre, az egyedi molekul\u00e1k szintj\u00e9n a sz\u00edvizom rugalmass\u00e1g\u00e1t meghat\u00e1roz\u00f3 legfontosabb feh\u00e9rj\u00e9re, a titinre, valamint sz\u00f3lt a DNS molekula mechanik\u00e1j\u00e1r\u00f3l is.<\/div>\n<p>Dr. Kellermayer Mikl\u00f3s, az \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Orvostudom\u00e1nyi Kar d\u00e9k\u00e1nja <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/hirek\/files\/2020\/03\/Senior_Akade\u0301mia_Kellermayer_20200302.pdf\">\u201eHogyan fogjunk meg egyetlen molekul\u00e1t?\u201d c\u00edm\u0171 el\u0151ad\u00e1s\u00e1ban<\/a> kit\u00e9rt r\u00e1, hogy a nanovil\u00e1g gondolata el\u0151sz\u00f6r egy elm\u00e9leti fizikus, Richard P. Feynman el\u0151ad\u00e1s\u00e1ban mer\u00fclt fel. Sz\u00f3lt az atomi er\u0151mikroszk\u00f3pi\u00e1r\u00f3l, mint a nanotechnol\u00f3gia egyik legfontosabb vizsg\u00e1lati \u00e9s manipul\u00e1ci\u00f3s m\u00f3dszer\u00e9r\u0151l, mely A vizsg\u00e1lni k\u00edv\u00e1nt molekul\u00e1t k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokkal k\u00e9t-h\u00e1rom mikrom\u00e9ter \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 polimer gy\u00f6ngyh\u00f6z kapcsolj\u00e1k, ami foganty\u00fak\u00e9nt m\u0171k\u00f6dve seg\u00edt a molekula megragad\u00e1s\u00e1ban \u2013 ismertette. Kit\u00e9rt a titinmolekul\u00e1ra &#8211; az izom rugalmas feh\u00e9rj\u00e9je, mely a sz\u00edvizom rugalmass\u00e1g\u00e1t is meghat\u00e1rozza \u2013\u00a0 illetve a titin rugalmass\u00e1g \u00e9s stabilit\u00e1s dom\u00e9nszint\u0171 szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra. A l\u00e9zercsipeszben a titinmolekula v\u00e9geihez ragasztott mikrom\u00e9ter \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 gy\u00f6ngy\u00f6k seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel ragadj\u00e1k meg \u00e9s ny\u00fajtj\u00e1k meg a molekul\u00e1t, illetve m\u00e9rik meg rugalmass\u00e1g\u00e1t \u00e9s szerkezetv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sait \u2013 ismertette a vizsg\u00e1lat l\u00e9p\u00e9seit a d\u00e9k\u00e1n. A norm\u00e1l illetve k\u00f3r\u00f3s (kardiomiop\u00e1ti\u00e1s) sz\u00f6vetb\u0151l izol\u00e1lt titinmolekul\u00e1k mechanikai tulajdons\u00e1gait \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtva lehet k\u00f6vetkeztetni arra, hogy a titin szerkezeti v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sai milyen l\u00e9p\u00e9seken kereszt\u00fcl vezethetnek el a k\u00f3ros \u00e1llapothoz.<\/p>\n<div class=\"keretes\">Dr. Kellermayer Mikl\u00f3s orvos, biofizikus 1988-ban diplom\u00e1zott a P\u00e9csi Orvostudom\u00e1nyi Egyetem. 2008-t\u00f3l a Biofizikai \u00e9s Sug\u00e1rbiol\u00f3giai Int\u00e9zet igazgat\u00f3ja. 2009 \u00e9s 2012 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt tudom\u00e1nyos, innov\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi kapcsolatok\u00e9rt felel\u0151s rektorhelyettes volt, 2013-2015-ig oktat\u00e1s\u00e9rt felel\u0151s d\u00e9k\u00e1nhelyettes, majd 2019-t\u0151l az \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Orvostudom\u00e1nyi Kar d\u00e9k\u00e1nja. Szakter\u00fclete a molekul\u00e1ris biofizika, izom-biofizika \u00e9s nano-biotechnol\u00f3gia, f\u0151 kutat\u00e1si ter\u00fcletei k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik a biomolekul\u00e1ris rugalmass\u00e1g, az egyedi molekula manipul\u00e1ci\u00f3, valamint a motorfeh\u00e9rj\u00e9k vizsg\u00e1lata. A Washington State University posztdoktori \u00f6szt\u00f6nd\u00edjasak\u00e9nt 1995-ben \u00e9p\u00edtette az els\u0151 l\u00e9zercsipesz\u00e9t, \u00e9s kutat\u00f3csoportj\u00e1val az els\u0151k k\u00f6z\u00f6tt volt, aki a l\u00e9zernyal\u00e1b seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel meg tudott fogni \u00e9s kigomboly\u00edtani egyetlen feh\u00e9rjemolekul\u00e1t, nevezetesen a titint, megvizsg\u00e1lva rugalmass\u00e1g\u00e1t. Kutat\u00e1saiban fontos ter\u00fclet a sz\u00edvizom ritmikus \u00f6sszeh\u00faz\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00e1ban is szerepet j\u00e1tsz\u00f3 titin \u00e9s mut\u00e1ci\u00f3inak vizsg\u00e1lata.<\/div>\n<p>Sz\u00f3lt a DNS molekula mechanik\u00e1j\u00e1r\u00f3l is. Mint arra r\u00e1vil\u00e1g\u00edtott, a bakteriof\u00e1gok (bakt\u00e9riumokat fert\u0151z\u0151 v\u00edrusok) jelent\u0151s r\u00e9sze kett\u0151s sz\u00e1l\u00fa DNS-t tartalmaz, amely kis tokban (kapszidburokban) tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3. Amikor fert\u0151z a bakteriof\u00e1g, akkor kil\u00f6k\u0151dik ez a DNS. Ha megismerj\u00fck, hogy mik\u00e9nt t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik ez a kil\u00f6k\u0151d\u00e9s, vagyis mik\u00e9nt fert\u0151z a v\u00edrus, v\u00e9lhet\u0151en azt is meg\u00e9rtj\u00fck, hogy lehetne meg\u00e1ll\u00edtani ezt a folyamatot, megakad\u00e1lyozni a v\u00edrusfert\u0151z\u00e9st \u2013 magyar\u00e1zta dr. Kellermayer Mikl\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g- \u00e9s orvostudom\u00e1ny ir\u00e1nt \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u0151 lakoss\u00e1got megsz\u00f3l\u00edt\u00f3 12 alkalmas el\u0151ad\u00e1s-sorozatra \u2013 mely a nagy \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9s miatt \u00faj helysz\u00ednen, a Nagyv\u00e1rad t\u00e9ri Elm\u00e9let T\u00f6mbben folytat\u00f3dik, amely a kor\u00e1bbin\u00e1l k\u00e9tszer annyi, k\u00f6zel 600 f\u0151 befogad\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas \u2013 a meghirdet\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en napok alatt beteltek a helyek.
