Az egy\u00e9ni kutat\u00f3kat \u00e9s kutat\u00f3csoportokat megc\u00e9lz\u00f3, \u00fagynevezett OTKA-t\u00edpus\u00fa programok a legk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151bb kutat\u00f3i kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s\u0171 projektek finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s\u00e1val, h\u00e1rom p\u00e1ly\u00e1zati kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ban \u2013 Kutat\u00e1si t\u00e9map\u00e1ly\u00e1zatok, Fiatal kutat\u00f3 kiv\u00e1l\u00f3s\u00e1gi program, Posztdoktori kiv\u00e1l\u00f3s\u00e1gi program \u2013 seg\u00edtik a hazai tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9let legkiv\u00e1l\u00f3bb kutat\u00f3inak szakmai fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t, eredm\u00e9nyeit \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi elismerts\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/div>\n<p>A tudom\u00e1nyos fokozatot legfeljebb 12 \u00e9ve megszerzett, azaz a kutat\u00f3i \u00e9letp\u00e1lya elej\u00e9n \u00e1ll\u00f3 p\u00e1ly\u00e1z\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra l\u00e9trehozott Posztdoktori kiv\u00e1l\u00f3s\u00e1gi program \u00e9s Fiatal kutat\u00f3i kiv\u00e1l\u00f3s\u00e1gi program kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1j\u00e1ban 15 Semmelweis Egyetemhez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 projekt nyert t\u00f6bb, mint f\u00e9l milli\u00e1rd forintnyi t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st.<\/p>\n<p>A Kutat\u00e1si t\u00e9map\u00e1ly\u00e1zat alprogramban a m\u00e1r tapasztaltabb kutat\u00f3k \u00e9s az \u00e1ltaluk vezetett kutat\u00f3csoportok ig\u00e9nyelhettek t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st sikeres alapkutat\u00e1si t\u00e9m\u00e1juk tov\u00e1bbvitel\u00e9hez, vagy \u00e9ppen \u00faj, \u00edg\u00e9retes t\u00e9m\u00e1k kidolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. Ebben a kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ban szint\u00e9n 15 egyetemi kutat\u00f3csoport jutott mintegy 700 milli\u00f3 forintnyi forr\u00e1shoz.<\/p>\n<p>A p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatok ki\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9se t\u00f6bbszint\u0171 elj\u00e1r\u00e1sban, egy\u00e9ni b\u00edr\u00e1l\u00f3k \u00e9s szak\u00e9rt\u0151i test\u00fcletek bevon\u00e1s\u00e1val t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt. Az \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sben f\u0151szerepet j\u00e1tszott a beny\u00fajtott projekt tudom\u00e1nyos jelent\u0151s\u00e9ge, \u00fajszer\u0171s\u00e9ge, v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 eredm\u00e9nyei, az eredm\u00e9nyek tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9s t\u00e1rsadalmi hasznos\u00edt\u00e1sa, emellett a kor\u00e1bbi kutat\u00f3i teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny.
