The survey explored the working conditions, career perspectives, wellbeing, and expectations of researchers in Hungary and those with ties to the country, drawing responses from more than five thousand participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"1103\">J\u00falia Koltai (FKA member) presented the background and first results, which highlighted key issues such as researchers\u2019 satisfaction, career uncertainty, and the need for improved support structures.
