The three-day program was led by two outstanding instructors, Melanie Glickman and Mette Hvied Lauesen, who provided an inspiring and highly practical learning experience.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the course, \u00c1gi explored various leadership models and techniques aimed at fostering effective team building and creating a positive work environment. Engaging discussions, hands-on group exercises, and interactive sessions allowed her to deepen her understanding of key topics such as leadership, lab roles, workplace dynamics, personality types, emotional intelligence, motivation, feedback, communication, conflict resolution, delegation, and team dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>We are grateful for this opportunity, as the course offered valuable insights into teamwork and communication.
