The platform offers the following excitation\/ emission capabilities with Invitrogen\u2122 Alexa Fluor\u2122 dyes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>386\/440 (e.g., Alexa Fluor 350 dye)<\/li>\n<li>485\/521 (e.g., Alexa Fluor 488 dye)<\/li>\n<li>560\/607 (e.g., Alexa Fluor 594 dye)<\/li>\n<li>650\/694 (e.g., Alexa Fluor 647 dye)<\/li>\n<li>740\/810 (e.g., Alexa Fluor 750 dye)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Objectives: Olympus\u2122 10x (0.3 NA) and 20x (0.4 NA) objectives<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Detection Method: Brightfield, Fluorescent<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Format: The system is compatible with most optically clear, flat, 8-well chamber slides; 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, 384-, and 1,536-well microplates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Software: Thermo Scientific\u2122 HCS Studio 5.0 Cell Analysis Software for image acquisition and data analysis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Equipped with an Onstage Incubator:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">It enables precise control of temperature, humidity, and CO<sub>2<\/sub> for time-lapse imaging of live cells under both physiological and non-physiological conditions. Our fees include the maintenance fees and the actual salary costs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our services are available to all internal and external academic customers.
