in consultation with the university professor of the subject director &#8211; <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">the topic of 1 Hungarian and 1 English\/German classroom lecture that fits into the timetable of the given year.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\nDocuments and 3 files to be submitted:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><b>\u2192 <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">1<sup>st<\/sup> file<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">: <em><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">applicant_documents.pdf<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square\">\n<li><strong>Cover page <\/strong>(Habilitation application, name, title, institution, year)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Table of Contents\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Application <\/strong>(the applicant must indicate the discipline [possible disciplines: theoretical medicine, clinical medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, health sciences, sociological sciences, biological sciences] and the specialization [possible specialties: all subjects included in undergraduate education programme, or all subjects of board exams registered at the University] in which they wish to obtain habilitation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"fontos_div\">\n<p><strong>Annexes to the application (according to point 7 Section 1) lit. a) <\/strong><strong>\u2013 <\/strong><strong>p) of <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/habilitacios-bizottsag\/files\/2021\/07\/Regulation-of-habilitation.pdf\">the habilitation regulations<\/a>):<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>1. professional CV;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. datasheet<\/strong> (Annex 4: \u201cSummary data of the applicant\u201d)<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. motivation letter<\/strong> (detailing at least 1 page of the reasons and motivations of the applicant for habilitation);<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. recommendation of 2 Hungarian and 2 foreign university teachers<\/strong> (the 4 original recommendations are also part of the printed and electronic versions of the application);<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> a<strong>\u00a0statement<\/strong> by the head of the department on participation in education; certification of classroom lectures; if available, the presentation of the student opinion of the teaching work (OMHV) data<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. support letter<\/strong> of the <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">workplace director<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. the title of the theses<\/strong> that form the basis of the scientific colloquium and the proposed title of the 2 classroom lectures;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. thesis booklet<\/strong> (in A4 format, suitable as a part attached to the application material; if available, the Doctoral thesis of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences can be used);<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. diploma certifying university degree<\/strong>, with a copy;<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. a copy of the diploma<\/strong>(s) certifying the acquisition of the scientific degree (s);<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.<\/strong> <strong>1-1 copy<\/strong> of the <strong>transfer invoice<\/strong> certifying the payment of the procedural fee and the payment (bank transfer) receipt;<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. moral certificate<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">\u2192<\/span> 2<sup>nd<\/sup> file: <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><em>applicant_publications_01.pdf<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the future, unlike before, the Central Library of Semmelweis University will provide these publication data <strong>in a single, authenticated file:<\/p>\n<p>13. datasheet, with a library certificate<\/strong> (\u201cMTMT publication and citation summary table\u201d, according to discipline);<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. the list, exact bibliography, and citations of scientific publications<\/strong> (from the MTMT database printed complete list of publications, including citations, with library certificate) If the candidate has a significant additional scientific work not listed in the MTMT, please provide the exact list, bibliography, and impact &#8211; there is no need to include a separate library certificate for that list.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">\u2192<\/span> 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0file: <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><em>applicant_publications_02.pdf<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">15.\u00a0 a photocopy of the title page of original scientific publications<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> published in a foreign language journal, indicating the serial number of the publication list;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>16. a list of scientific lectures in Hungarian and foreign languages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nAfter the formal and substantive pre-assessment of the application, the Habilitation Committee may call on the applicant to fill in the missing data <strong>once<\/strong> for these assessment components.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Habilitation lectures as part of the gradual curriculum: <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>According to the decision of the Habilitation Committee No. 1\/2006 (25.V.2006), the topics of the two (Hungarian and foreign language; or two foreign languages) curriculum lectures to be held within the framework of the habilitation procedure cannot be identical.<\/p>\n<p>The topic, title, place and time of the two lectures must be agreed in advance with the relevant head of department responsible for the curriculum. The topic of the lecture is approved by the Habilitation Committee, the chairperson of the Habilitation Committee approves the lecture.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Requirements for the content and form of the thesis booklet for the habilitation colloquium: <\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Content:<\/strong> The purpose of the thesis booklet is to provide a coherent summary of the applicant\u2019s scientific contribution to her\/his field of interest. The content should provide the context, and facilitate the understanding of the applicant\u2019s scientific results.<\/p>\n<p>The 10 most influential (most highly cited) publications (since obtaining the PhD degree) are to be listed in annex 4.
