Dear Colleague,<\/p>\n

the University Pharmacy Department of Pharmacy Administration and the Department of Laboratory Medicine, Semmelweis University are delighted to announce a joint symposium on the implementation of individualized patient care in pharmacotherapies<\/strong>. Experts of the related disciplines in bioinformatics, the pharmaceutical sciences and laboratory medicine are going to discuss the various aspects of individualized patient care, introducing the procedures and tools of clinical implementation.<\/p>\n

In addition to faculty members of Semmelweis University and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the symposium is featuring highly honorable guests, Professor Roger Jelliffe, Dr. Robert H. Leary and Dr. Walter M. Yamada, from the Laboratory of Applied Pharmacokinetics and Bioinformatics, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA. Professor Jelliffe and his team of outstanding experts have been developing algorithms and softwares for creating clinical population pharmacokinetic models, simulation tools and interfaces for clinical implementation for 50 years. These unique tools are going to be introduced and demonstrated in a series of lectures.<\/p>\n
