The full length list of the house rules can be found at the reception desk or on the institution\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>We also would like to inform you that surveillance cameras are in operation on the grounds of our institution. Further information concerning this topic can be found in the information booklet at the reception desk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Basic Principles<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Anyone who wishes to be treated here thus becoming part of this institute\u2019s free outpatient healthcare system, furthermore any person accompanying the aforementioned and generally anyone who enters the grounds of this institution ( from now on referred to as \u201ePatient\u201d) must respect and obey the rules and the regulations of the law in all parts of these grounds.<\/p>\n<p>The patient must at all times and by their utmost willingness, skills, and capabilites cooperate with any healtcare personnel working in this healthcare system we provide here.<\/p>\n<p>The patient and all their relatives and companions must at all times respect others in lawfully carrying out their rights to the fullest.<\/p>\n<p>It is strictly forbidden and punishable by law to bring any type of weapon or \u2013 as defined by aforementioned laws \u2013 any kind of object that is a hazardous for public safety, furthermore any living pet or animal with the exception of special \u201eguidance dogs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>It is forbidden to skate, skateboard, bike or utilise any similar vehicles in the building.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Legal representative<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Name: dr. Alexandra Szedresi<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Phone number: +36 20\u00a0489-9504<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:alexandra.szedresi@ijb.emmi.gov.hu\">alexandra.szedresi@ijb.emmi.gov.hu<\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Regarding entry to the grounds and the time of stay<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you are a patient wishing to be treated please go to the patient registration desk (which can be found on the ground floor), where you can get futher information you need regarding our services.<\/p>\n<p>We ask you to be at all times only in the areas corresponding to your treatment, examination and other procedures or in the waiting rooms of the departments.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Patient admissions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Our institution provides emergency care in 0-24 hours.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Required papers and personal health data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To be admitted and treated in our institute, please bring the following with you:<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0ID Card, or if missing Passport \/ Driver\u2019s licence<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Address card<\/li>\n<li>Social Security Card (TAJ card)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To plan and provide optimal healthcare treatments we also need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a referral from another dentist\/doctor<\/li>\n<li>all previous treatment documentations including CT scans, MRIs, final reports, blood works etc.<\/li>\n<li>a list of all medications or non-medicinal food supplements taken regularly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Patient dismissal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before you are dismissed, you receive the following documentations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>outpatient medical record, if needed<\/li>\n<li>specialist\u2019s recommendation, if needed<\/li>\n<li>prescription of the newly prescribed and set medications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Protection of valuables<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please do not leave your belongings unattended!
