Kor\u00e1bbi vizsg\u00e1latok eredm\u00e9nyei szerint az els\u0151 gyermekkori influenzafert\u0151z\u00e9sek t\u00edpusa befoly\u00e1solhatja a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e9vekben kialakul\u00f3 immunv\u00e1laszt \u00e9s ez\u00e1ltal az influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1s-eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9get (VE) is, ezt immunol\u00f3giai imprintingnek nevezz\u00fck.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A VEBIS* h\u00e1ziorvosi h\u00e1l\u00f3zat m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek egyik f\u0151 c\u00e9lja az influenza elleni VE becsl\u00e9se Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban, egy t\u00f6bbk\u00f6zpont\u00fa, teszt-negat\u00edv m\u00f3dszertannal v\u00e9gzett vizsg\u00e1lat keret\u00e9ben.<br \/>\nEredm\u00e9nyeink a 2023\/24. \u00e9vi teljes influenzaszezonra vonatkoznak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A vizsg\u00e1latunkban r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 h\u00e1ziorvosok k\u00e9rd\u0151\u00edves felm\u00e9r\u00e9ssel adatokat \u00e9s l\u00e9g\u00fati mint\u00e1kat gy\u0171jt\u00f6ttek azokt\u00f3l a betegekt\u0151l, akikn\u00e9l a konzult\u00e1ci\u00f3 sor\u00e1n akut l\u00e9g\u00fati megbeteged\u00e9s** t\u00fcneteit azonos\u00edtott\u00e1k. Az influenza alt\u00edpusok \u00e9s kl\u00e1dok elleni VE-t ezut\u00e1n korcsoportonk\u00e9nt, az olt\u00e1s c\u00e9lcsoportja szerint, valamint a v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1sok t\u00edpusa szerinti bont\u00e1sokban sz\u00e1m\u00edtottuk ki. Az elt\u00e9r\u0151 m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 immunv\u00e9delem vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1hoz megn\u00e9zt\u00fck azt is, hogyan v\u00e1ltozik a VE az influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 alt\u00edpusa ellen a betegek sz\u00fclet\u00e9si \u00e9ve szerint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00d6sszesen 29\u00a0958 beteget vontunk be a vizsg\u00e1latba, k\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fck 3\u00a0054-n\u00e9l igazoltuk az influenza A(H1N1)pdm09, 1\u00a0053-n\u00e9l az A(H3N2), \u00e9s 311-n\u00e9l a B t\u00edpus\u00fa influenza jelenl\u00e9t\u00e9t. B\u00e1rmely influenzat\u00edpust \u00e9s minden korcsoportot figyelembe v\u00e9ve a VE 51% volt. Az \u00f6sszes koroszt\u00e1lyban a VE az influenzav\u00edrus A(H1N1)pdm09 alt\u00edpusa ellen 52% volt. A sz\u00fclet\u00e9s \u00e9ve szerint a legmagasabb VE-t a gyermekekn\u00e9l \u00e9s a 65 \u00e9ves \u00e9s id\u0151sebb korcsoportban (54%), m\u00edg a legalacsonyabbat 44 \u00e9ves korban m\u00e9rt\u00fck (27%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A korcsoportok szerint \u00f6sszes\u00edtett A(H1N1)pdm09 5a.2a kl\u00e1d elleni VE 41%, m\u00edg az 5a.2a.1 kl\u00e1d elleni VE \u221211% volt. Az A(H3N2) elleni VE 35% volt minden korcsoportot figyelembev\u00e9ve, \u00e9rt\u00e9ke korcsoportonk\u00e9nt 34% \u00e9s 40% k\u00f6z\u00f6tt v\u00e1ltozott. A korcsoportok szerint \u00f6sszes\u00edtett VE a 2a.3a.1 kl\u00e1d ellen 38% volt. A B\/Victoria elleni \u00e9letkor szerint \u00f6sszes\u00edtett VE 83% volt, itt korcsoportonk\u00e9nt 70% \u00e9s 92% k\u00f6z\u00f6tti \u00e9rt\u00e9keket m\u00e9rt\u00fcnk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A 2023\/24-es VEBIS h\u00e1ziorvosi h\u00e1l\u00f3zat eredm\u00e9nyei szerint a v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1sok \u00e1ltal az oltottak legal\u00e1bb fele v\u00e9detts\u00e9get szerzett az influenzav\u00edrusok ellen. A VE azonban k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u00f6tt az influenza alt\u00edpusa szerint, magasabb volt a B\/Victoria influenza ellen, m\u00edg alacsonyabb az A(H1N1)pdm09 \u00e9s A(H3N2) alt\u00edpusok ellen. First influenza infections in childhood may lead to different vaccine effectiveness (VE) in subsequent years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aim: The VEBIS primary care network estimated influenza VE in Europe using a multicentre test-negative study.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Methods: Primary care practitioners collected information and specimens from patients consulting with acute respiratory infection. We estimated VE against influenza (sub)type and clade, by age group and by year of age for A(H1N1)pdm09, using logistic regression.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Results: We included 29,958 patients, with 3,054, 1,053 and 311 influenza A(H1N1)pdm09, A(H3N2) and B cases, respectively. All-age VE against influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 was 52% (95% CI: 44-59). By year of age, VE was 27% (95% CI: -2 to 47) at 44 years with peaks at 72% (95% CI: 52-84) and 54% (95% CI: 41-64) among children and those 65 years and older, respectively. All-age A(H1N1)pdm09 VE against clade 5a.2a was 41% (95% CI: 24-54) and -11% (95% CI: -69 to 26) against clade 5a.2a.1. The A(H3N2) VE was 35% (95% CI: 20-48) among all ages and ranged between 34% and 40% by age group. All-age VE against clade 2a.3a.1 was 38% (95% CI: 1-62). All-age VE against B\/Victoria was 83% (95% CI: 65-94), ranging between 70 and 92% by age group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Discussion: The 2023\/24 VEBIS primary care VE against medically attended symptomatic influenza infection was high against influenza B\/Victoria, but lower against influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 and A(H3N2).
