Vizsg\u00e1latunk c\u00e9lja az volt, hogy korai becsl\u00e9st adjunk az influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1sok eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g\u00e9r\u0151l (IVE) a 2023\/24-es influenzaszezonban. Az eredm\u00e9nyek t\u00edz eur\u00f3pai orsz\u00e1gban v\u00e9gzett h\u00e1ziorvosi (EU-PC) \u00e9s k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi (EU-H) vizsg\u00e1latok adataira \u00e9p\u00fclnek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Az influenzaszezon els\u0151 fel\u00e9ben a v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1s-eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g magasabb volt az A(H1N1)pdm09 alt\u00edpus ellen, mint az A(H3N2) ellen. A h\u00e1ziorvosi vizsg\u00e1lat adatai alapj\u00e1n az influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1s k\u00f6zepes szint\u0171 v\u00e9delmet (53%) biztos\u00edtott azz A(H1N1)pdm09 est\u00e9ben, m\u00edg az A(H3N2) ellen enn\u00e9l m\u00e9rs\u00e9keltebb v\u00e9delmet ny\u00fajtott (30%). A k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi vizsg\u00e1latokban az A(H1N1)pdm09 ellen m\u00e9rt VE 44% volt, m\u00edg az A(H3N2) alt\u00edpus eset\u00e9ben 14%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00d6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben a 2023\/24-es influenzaszezonban az influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1s mind az enyh\u00e9bb, mind a s\u00falyosabb lefoly\u00e1s\u00fa megbeteged\u00e9sekkel szemben v\u00e9delmet ny\u00fajtott. We provide interim 2023\/24 influenza vaccine effectiveness (IVE) estimates from two European studies, covering 10 countries across primary care (EU-PC) and hospital (EU-H) settings. Interim IVE was higher against A(H1N1)pdm09 than A(H3N2): EU-PC influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 IVE was 53% (95%\u202fCI:\u202f41\u202fto\u202f63) and 30% (95%\u202fCI:\u202f\u22123\u202fto\u202f54) against influenza A(H3N2).
