Jelen kutat\u00e1s c\u00e9lja a 2024\/25. \u00e9vi szezonban a WHO \u00e1ltal az \u00e9szaki f\u00e9ltek\u00e9re aj\u00e1nlott influenza elleni \u2013 toj\u00e1s-alap\u00fa, sejt-alap\u00fa vagy rekombin\u00e1ns \u2013 olt\u00f3anyagok eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g\u00e9nek korai meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sa volt. A 17 orsz\u00e1g r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel zajl\u00f3 2024\/25. \u00e9vi influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1s-eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g (IVE) kutat\u00e1s r\u00e9szek\u00e9nt jelen vizsg\u00e1lat 8 k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 orsz\u00e1gb\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 adatok szezonk\u00f6zi \u00f6sszes\u00edtett elemz\u00e9s\u00e9nek eredm\u00e9nyeit tartalmazza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A 2024\/25. \u00e9vi influenza szezon els\u0151 fel\u00e9ben az A(H1N1) pdm09, az A(H3N2) \u00e9s a B\/Victoria v\u00edrusok cirkul\u00e1ci\u00f3ja volt jellemz\u0151, ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl is A(H1N1)pdm09 t\u00edpust igazolt\u00e1k leggyakrabban a megbeteged\u00e9sek h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben. A k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 orsz\u00e1gokban v\u00e9gzett vizsg\u00e1latok eredm\u00e9nyei minden korcsoportot figyelembe v\u00e9ve azt mutatj\u00e1k, hogy az influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1sok 40-53%-kal cs\u00f6kkentett\u00e9k az influenzav\u00edrusok \u00e1ltal okozott megbeteged\u00e9sek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t az alapell\u00e1t\u00e1sban, m\u00edg a k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi ell\u00e1t\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 megbeteged\u00e9sek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t 34-60%-kal. Ugyanezt a korcsoportot tekintve a t\u00fcnetekkel j\u00e1r\u00f3, A t\u00edpus\u00fa influenza el\u0151fordul\u00e1s\u00e1nak kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t az alapell\u00e1t\u00e1sban 32-53%-kal, a k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi ell\u00e1t\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 megbeteged\u00e9sek eset\u00e9n 33-56%-kal cs\u00f6kkentett\u00e9k az alkalmazott olt\u00f3anyagok. A domin\u00e1ns, influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 ellen a v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1sok az alapell\u00e1t\u00e1sban az oltottak 44-72%-a sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra biztos\u00edtott v\u00e9delmet, a k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi ell\u00e1t\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 megbeteged\u00e9sek ellen pedig 45-53%-os v\u00e9delem alakult ki. A B t\u00edpus\u00fa influenza ellen az IVE minden vizsg\u00e1latban \u2013 alapell\u00e1t\u00e1s \u00e9s k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi \u2013 58%, vagy ann\u00e1l magasabb volt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A kutat\u00e1s eredm\u00e9nyei r\u00e1vil\u00e1g\u00edtanak az influenza elleni v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1sok jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9re a megel\u0151z\u00e9sben. \u00d6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben a v\u00e9d\u0151olt\u00e1s a 2024\/25. \u00e9vi l\u00e9g\u00fati szezonban is jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkentette az influenza miatti megbeteged\u00e9s el\u0151fordul\u00e1s\u00e1t az oltottak k\u00f6r\u00e9ben. Interim vaccine effectiveness (VE) estimates from eight European studies (17 countries) indicate an all-age influenza A VE of 32\u201353% in primary care and 33\u201356% in hospital settings, with some signals of lower VE by subtype and higher VE against influenza B (\u2265 58% across settings).
